Comfort Suites Innsbrook

The location is nice as its nearby restaurants and gas stations. The check-​in was fast enough however the first room they put me in was dirty. As in housekeeping never cleaned it because the bedding was still all tossed on the bed. So of course as I went back up to tell them, they apologized profusely. I guess their housekeeping and their front desk communication was broken at some point. The free breakfast is similar to what you get with most choice hotels, waffles, yogurt, milk, cereal, etc. Internet Is decent. 1 – 2 Mbps download and less than 1 Mbps upload. Just enough for me to check emails and get work done. All in all, if I was working in the area again I would stay in.

I’m not usually a fan of the Comfort motel brand. This one, however, exceeded my expectations. Great location. Innsbrook area is great – close to restaurants, gas stations, Short Pump mall, etc. I have stayed at Hyatt and Fairfield, for example, in the past.
Room was large (minus the small bathroom) and comfy. The free breakfast was adequate. Grounds/​parking were well maintained.
I will definitely keep this location is mind the next time in the area.

Big spacious rooms that are clean! Wish the bathroom was a bit bigger though. Nice TV, mini fridge, and microwave. However, this place has paper thin walls. If there is a function going on at the hotel, you will hear it! Plus we had obnoxious people on our floor yelling and screaming all night (who were probably guests at the event) and didn’t sleep a wink.

I’m going to rate this hotel a 5… considering I just reviewed another hotel and they were only worthy of 3 stars.
The hotel exceeded my expections! Especially the room size… very roomy! If needed about 6 ppl could have rested comfy here. However, there is only one bathroom, so just the 2 of us will do… no issues in this king size room.
Check-​in was breeze. The hotel looks to be located in a business park. Therefore, I am sure companies surrounding this hotel use this hotel to house guests… very nice!
There is a 7−11…walking distance from the hotel. And the 7 – 11 is unlike any other… it is huge!!! There is even ample seating outside of the building where you can sit, chit chat and enjoy your snack ALL AT THE SAME TIME… i loved it!!!
The policemen must like it too… they were there chilling and snacking as well.
The hotel offers breakfast daily (full breakfast and microwave available to heat up food). Waffle maker… very nice touch! There is a pool… I thought it was supposed to be heated, but it was bone chilling cold! However, the sun was shining brightly that day, so I won’t take away a star for this concern. But what was missing was a hot tub… a little disappointed, but oh well… they had patio seating so that made up for it. The outdoors outside of the indoor was lovely.
The living area/​dining area was very clean and decorated nicely! There is a tv there as well… fireplace and games to play if time permits (Sorry, Connect 4 and a few others).
The front desk staff was friendly and informative.
This is a cute hotel… I will definitely return. It is within walking distance of shopping centers, eateries (fast food and fine dining) and convenient stores.
The bed was super comfy, cable TV (was able to watch the NCAA playoffs), mini fridge and microwave… always a good deal! And the shower/​tub combo was a good size as well. The shower head/​pressure was perfect. The water stayed hot… no issues whatsoever!
The cleaning staff had mud faces, but maybe they were having a bad day… nevertheless, they didn’t take away from my great stay here!
Definitely don’t count this hotel out :)

Very deceiving. Lobby is beautiful but our room smelled and looked old and like a toillet! When I told the front desk they only said thank you I will let housekeeping know smh! This place looks like a quickly hotel!

After reading the reviews on this hotel I was rather anxious about checking in. I didn’t need to worry. It seems that management took the comments on the housekeeping issues to heart and are maintaining a higher standard. We stayed five nights and the room looked great when we returned from our outings. Way to go Housekeeping!!!
The breakfast was well maintained. It contained eggs, sausage (or ham), waffles (regular and flavor of the day), cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, fresh fruit and fresh pastries. They also had gourmet bagels and criossaints. (There is not a managers dinner that is mentioned on Priceline.)
Our first night there it snowed. We being from Florida were not sure what to do about the snow on our windshield. The manager was very helpful and came out and scraped the snow off the car. The staff was also very friendly.
There are so many restaurant choices near this hotel. They also have a Walmart and Target nearby.

Nice hotel with an indoor pool. Typical waffle, fruit, coffee, etc… breakfast. Comfy spacious suite.
I would stay here again.

Five stories, interior entrances, elevators, indoor heated pool, meeting rooms.
Our company had an area training meeting here. King room included sofa, comfortable bedding, good wifi signal, microfridge.
Breakfast bar has eggs and bacon plus pastries, cereals, and yogurt.
Nice business location.
