I was pretty naïve when I signed up with this company. I didn’t do my research. Subsequently I have heard from many people that they have a bad reputation. My experience turned pretty nasty over time. After years of paying what turns out to be at least double the appropriate price for propane, I tried to sever my ties with them. Even after the contract expired they made it very difficult, and became very aggressive with me! There are other really good companies that will give you a much more competitive price, and they will be much more friendly to deal with. My advice is to stay away from Bemer at all costs!
