I agree 100% with Paolo B… completely unacceptable mess in the Gilroy Outlet store. The manager was more concerned with hanging out and chatting with his friends than helping the customers. Trash and product everywhere. I filed a complaint with Zumiez, hopefully they will clean up this mess. Will not be going there again.

My boyfriend and I came in this location to shop today and we shopped for less than 2 minutes. We are both very friendly people and we had every intention of shopping but we were honestly just extremely annoyed with the staff. There were 5 – 6 young men working and their behavior was very inappropriate and honestly obnoxious. They were loud, climbing on each other, tickling each other, and bugging us so much it was obviously a joke to them. It would have been nice to have been helped by someone who cared about their job/​customers. We would have definitely stayed to shop if the associates weren’t so inappropriate.

The staff here are nice, friendly and helpful. The guys here, or as I like to call them, «The Dudes», actually know things about skating. They also help with purchasing a new board.
If you are new to skateboarding, like I was, don’t be afraid to ask questions! «The Dudes» did not bother to stop helping me. Excellent service, I highly recommend coming here!

I’ve been to a few Zumiez in my day but this one is awesome, they have great deals maybe because they are an outlet. Staff was friendly and the music was good. I was really impressed with zumiez compared to the other store in the mall.

The staff aren’t really friendly. They answer my questions like I just interrupted them, with their prior commitments. The cashier rushes me over. The place is messy.
The best part is their air conditioning. It’s hot outside and when you come in; feels like you are in freezer.

After my not-​so-​stellar review of the Zumiez in Great Mall, I am happy to say this Zumiez made be a believer again. The girl working there (cute blonde, I wish I had gotten her name) was phenomenal. She was super upbeat and friendly. My friend ended up getting a couple sweaters and I got a tank (on sale for $ 6.99 SWEET). They also sold the «I Heart Boobies» bracelets, but here they were 3 for $ 10 which actually worked out better for me because I needed a couple.

Went there today after shopping for shoes as every shoe outlet in Gilroy. Stumbled upon Zumiez that I guess has only been there for over a year. It was stocked full of stuff, not so bad if you like to search around. I was able to find 2 pairs of shoes that fit my very difficult to fit feet. The sales girl was really friendly and helpful. Jessica was her name, she made it enjoyable to hunt for shoes. Ill def. be going back there for my next pair of kicks.

This store doesn’t have much selection, well for me anyways. I found nothing that caught my eye. My bf however did find a cute plaid shirt. I don’t like this particular store as much. BUT 2 stars go to the friendly staff! Right as we walked through the door they greeted us… and throughout our shopping experience asked if we needed anything and conversated with us alot. right on for great customer service!

I was semi-​impressed by the guy who helped me today. He was younger and actually provide me with customer service! (gasp!) AND I got a pair of Reef flip flops for 4.97…yup they were hidden in a treasure box… but I found them, and now they’re mine:) yay me!

I don’t know if it’s the back to school rush, or that this place just sucks when it comes to keeping stuff in stock, but this place had shelves that were empty/​messy. It’s like any other zumiez location, the only difference is that this place is spacier, and you can actually walk in without bumping into shoeboxes, clothing racks, or people. They sell all the same stuff as the other Zumiez locations, so you really don’t have to waste your time coming here.
