Don’t do it! If you want Starbucks you’re better off driving elsewhere! No joke, we ordered our drink about 20 minutes ago and still waiting. Mind you we ONLY ordered 2 grande vanilla bean frappes. Apparently there isn’t enough staff to man down the stand. They are real quick to take the orders but VERY slow to get them out. Run away if you can. It’s not worth the LONG wait for it.

I hate when people mess up your coffee then try to pour half out and fix it thats like saying my burger was without mustard and they wipe it off with a napkin and give it back so lazy just remake the drink. Always makes me stop buying Starbucks. Im a gold member and believe me its disappointing

What a great Starbucks! Busy location yet they manage to do their best and get those orders out. I feel sorry for the baristas dealing with so many foreign clientele. Great service, friendly staff, cranky customers.

Baristas are so busy focusing on walk ups, they don’t bother looking out for the mobile orders. I ordered hot and gave me ice. Told me to keep it but I assumed they were going to make me another one. Waited for 10 minutes and nothing. Went to asked and they said they forgot…

The one thing I hate about Starbuck’s new mobile ordering is when the baristas don’t bother to check the printer. That was the case here. After having placed an order, I went to the pick up window to find that my drink hadn’t even been started because it was still in the printer… This happened again to another person after me. I really wish they would keep an eye on that thing, considering its so small behind the counter anyways. Generally it’s a pretty slow Starbucks partly because of the traffic it gets from the outlet shoppers. So something to also keep in mind.

Probably the dumbest Starbucks clerk I have ever encountered. Just to get a cup of black coffe takes answering 4 questions they require you to say no. I asked clearly for what I wanted, and you complicate it so the transaction is a real pain. I hope you encounter someone with an iq above room temperature I know I didn’t.

I asked for a peppermint white hot chocolate and when the barista called out my order, he called out a peppermint hot chocolate. I told him that I ordered it with white chocolate and he said, «It says peppermint hot chocolate here,» as he pointed to the beverage code written on the cup. He realized that«PWHC» was written and the barista who rang me up said it was supposed to be a peppermint white hot chocolate. He didn’t apologize or anything, but grabbed the drink out of my hand like I was the one who made the mistake. He was actually very unfriendly, which is unusual for the type of employees Starbucks tends to hire. After he remade my drink, he made it as a peppermint white mocha, but I did not want to anger the barista even more so I just took it. I understand that mistakes happen, but I don’t think the bad attitude on his part was necessary. Worst of all is that my drink tasted horrible and his bad attitude leaves me to believe that he burned my shot because he was mad about having to remake my drink. So I got a drink I didn’t want, it tasted horrible, and got horrible customer service. This was around 2pm on Friday 12÷11÷15.

Forty minute wait for a coffee because Starbucks chose to train its staff on a busy Sunday afternoon.

After shopping for hiking gear and taking the long drive from palo alto i really badly wanted some coffee for the noon and starbucks was my only choice. This is kind of like a walk through kind of location and the seating is only outdoors but the nice thing is there’s a shade during the noon at the seating location. The cashier was friendly but my Caramel Mocha was super sweet and cold. The whole purpose was to get a hot drink, had i wanted cold drink I would have certainly said so. Was unsatisfied with my drink and it was unneeded calories.

Beware. I ordered a latte and didnt ask for a receipt. Next day when i checked my online bank account i was charged twice. But on further checking i saw a credit for that amount. No almond milk available. Service was fast.

If you been at once about you pretty much been in a mall depending on the size and we’re not to get it wrong this one’s a fairly decent size and they get the order right as I said it’s an expensive Starbucks cuz they all are

I have a Starbucks gold card that I’ve had for 2 years now. The baristas are so friendly and most of them know what I want before I get to the window. That’s pretty bad, I guess I’m a Starbucks freak. I love getting the free stuff they email me. I’m a fan.

2014 Unilocal365CHALLENGE — 356⁄365 Ok Starbucks location at the Gilroy Outlets. It’s like it’s own little kiosk/tiny walk-up to building in the corner of one of the buildings at the Outlets. The line got was really long because there are only two cash registers and they have a really small area to make the drinks. I ordered the salted caramel mocha and they ran out of salt. I have noticed this as a reoccurring trend at several Starbucks locations I have been to. Smh. They have some outdoor tables and chairs which is nice if you want to take a break from shopping. Overall, ok location. Just gets really busy and it’s just a window you walk up to!

Late night caffeine cure. They are nice that they close after outlet regular hours. Out of work at 9, and crave for a mocha. Love them.

Usually, a Starbucks or seller that is in this sort of small venue acts in a very utilitarian way, only offering the fastest and most efficient options for themselves. I have been to this Starbucks before and not had such memorable experiences. This time, I went on a Saturday morning and ordered 2 drinks and 2 pastries, also reloading my Starbucks card. This process took a few minutes and there were other customers waiting. The cashier was very nice, offering to ring each item up separately so that I could get gold stars for each item rather than one for the whole transaction. I thought that this was really sweet of her because a) should could have just not said anything and moved me along to get her line going, b) I’ve never had any Starbucks offer this too me, and it’s no fun to just get one star for a big purchase. The drinks were standard Starbucks, but this customer service left me happy and wanting to come back.

This is the cutest Starbucks I’ve ever been too! The female workers here are amazing! They are super attentive and helpful when I couldn’t decide what to drink. I wanted a warm latte but I couldn’t figure out which one would satisfy my tastebud. I told the workers that I usually get white mocha. They recommend mixing half of white mocha and pumpkin spice. It was delicious! Thanks girls, my tastebud says thank you!(:

50th Unilocal Review ! w00t ! Sorry, I just had to get that out of the way. LOVE the zippy gals at this little stand alone Starbucks ! This Starbucks, like the baristas therein are tiny but fierce ! Ya’ never know what kind of Baristas you’re gonna get at out of town coffee shops, but these girls brew tasty coffee and mix a really mean frappuccino ! Both mornings we were there before the outlet stores opened and had no wait, but with the speed these gals worked at I am sure they handle the crowds expertly. Big bonus points for being polite and warm at that hour of the day. It sure does take a good attitude and a sense of humor.

Always busy on a warm day. First starbucks I’ve seen that give out mini cups of frap samples. Don’t give water cups but have some available to dispense your own water on the side. Love sipping on my black ice tea lemonade while I swoop great deals at the outlets!
