Asked for a kids meal, What kind of bread would you like? Cheese and herb please. O no you can’t have that kind, that’s only for a six inch sandwich… Wth? Then why did you ask? Not the workers fault, just following rules. So back to the subway on Welburn. Very friendly and gave me what I asked for… To the owner you need to change your policy or you are going to lose more business…

The service here is so slow! I have come in several times and every time I have been there, they seemed distracted. I went in a couple weeks ago and had to repeat my order 4 times to the employee. It’s not like my order was complicated! I also went in last week and the guy behind the counter wasn’t even paying attention to my order. He was focused on this girl carrying this kid across the parking lot. I understand if he glanced up, but don’t full on stare at her while you are making my food!
Too bad this is the closest Subway to my house.

Came at lunch and it was busy but the service was fast and friendly… not frazzled. Good sandwiches. Nothing fancy but it hits the spot.
