She did a very detailed job. I didn’t have to point out areas that were uneven, she noticed and fixed them herself. Cut was very clean and professional. Will be coming back for sure.

I just moved to Gilroy in search of hair salon, nail shop, barber for my son ugh… And today I finally found a one stop for everything! I’ve been here awhile just watching everything. These guys have done it all and done it well. Color, highlights, cuts, men, women, kids young and older. Wow I’m impressed and that’s not easily done. This place is my go to place from now on. Thank God! My son has had three bad cuts since we moved here. And now I’m getting my eye lashes done after my pedicure and root touch up and cxling my appt in San Jose! Sorry Tracy but convenience and good work is hard to find.

I am not sure how they have positive reviews. I told the woman doing the nails that they were crooked, had an obvious crack in shellac and were not filled properly. She said she would fix. I check them again still crooked, still bubbly and not filled properly. At the end I show her again. She offers to put a flower on the spot left by the crack from the gel and to do it for free. The edges were still bad, uneven nails, not filled properly and she wants to fix with a flower really. I left and came back frustrated as they charged me $ 25.oo, how about when you mess up not charging the customer.
I came back said I wanted a refund. So she offers to give me a refund but only if she can take off the nails! Whatever take them off! Saves me the trouble.
When I first arrived I asked to speak with the owner or management.
Owner refused to speak to us about the issue and instead the person who did the nails finally came out.
Service not good and nails were terrible.
I will be going back to Tracy’s in Capitola. I was short on time and thought that doing them where I was would save me time instead they took forever to put on and did not do a good job then took forever to take off.
They did finally give me a refund and were actually gentle about removing the nails…
Gave them the two stars for accepting responsibility and the removal process.

Elvia does a great job with haircuts, very detailed and pleasant atmosphere. I’ve had my haircut here many times and she has done a nice job every time!

Had an AWFUL experience. I had my hair cut several times by the owner and was happy with her attention, although the amount of time spent was a little unnecessary. I came in on a day I called ahead and made an appointment and as usual I had to wait anyway.
When I was seen after a 15 minute wait, I did not get my usual hairdresser, but the ‘assistant’. I explained that I wanted my hair trimmed 2 inches at the bottom, and many layers starting from right below my ear going down all the way.
What did I get? A full blown mullet. I was given a step right below my ear, at which point my hairstylist began yelling in for the other to help her (in a non-​English language). It was clear to me something was wrong, but I didn’t know yet how bad. As it turned out it was irreversible.
The owner came by and tried to ‘fix’ my hair — but they had already thinned it to death (my hair is already thin) with sheering scissors and so she tried to pretend all was well and told me she’d ‘style’ it for me.
I ended up crying in the chair, too afraid to understand what the damage was, and more importantly completely lost because none of the three stylists now gathered around my hair even tried to explain the situation to me in English or recognized that something had gone wrong.
I would not go here because of poor communication as well as poor business management when faced with failure.

I hate to do this because the owner and staff are very nice. If you want to get your nails done this a great place. If you want to get color done, think twice. I had highlights done and It was the worse I have ever seen.

Very efficient. Got a haircut and a pedicure. Very quiet atmosphere. My husband waited patiently in the waiting area and didn’t complain. They offered him bottled water. I will be going back for another pedicure and maybe to try some of their other services.

Okay, I’m not usually a big mani/​pedi guy, but I had some time to kill while I got new tires installed at America’s Tire yesterday. Let me tell you: This shoppe rocks!
Elvia, Jenny, Kim, and Sally pampering my weary feet and weatherbeaten hands, while I enjoyed the soothing music from my undulating massage chair.
They massaged my limbs until I was nearly snoring and drooling in my chair… so soothing! They also cut hair, offer full massage services… the whole nine! Prices were amazing, the staff was extremely attentive and personable.
I’m a guy, but I liked this place so much I may just go back for a Brazilian wax!

I went in with a picture of how I wanted to get my hair cut, knowing that most hairstylists are not ‘miracle workers’ and would probably only get something similar to what I wanted. I got nervous at first because Elvia took one look at the picture, and then didn’t look at it again for reference!!!
But my fears were unfounded. Elvia really took her time and although it took about an hour to get my hair cut, she paid a ton of attention to every strand being just right and my haircut came out exactly how I wanted it to!
Elvia also talked me into getting my first manicure, which was also a pleasant experience. And their prices were all reasonable.
The only suggestion I would make is that Elvia and the other ladies are not very good at ‘small talk’; I spent most of the time in the chair silently watching her work, but the results make the lack of interpersonal chit-​chat seem only minor. She’s that good.
I also didn’t care for the other suggestions she made for me (apparently I have a lot of blackheads on my face, but as a teacher on a teacher’s salary I don’t plan on getting a facial anytime soon) but I will be back to maintain my cut and maybe even get it colored.
Overall, highly recommended if you’re into the skill!

Sorry to say, not good service. Salon empty, waited 15 mintues. Eliva had a ton of excuses. anyway gave it a try. bad idea. I showed her a picture of a hairstyle and color. She says no problem. Hair to short and color all wrong. I wanted a beige came out dark brown. and telling me because I havnt done my hair in a while. My fingers nail are sore from the manicure. The language barrier is horrific. I have to go buy a wig. Don’t take a chance. Where did she get her license?

Serene environment, zen music, great service. Nice ppl, good job, clean, affordable. Parking great! Love Elvia, she rocks and those hands are crazy strong, she probably weighs a pound but her deep tissue massage is made for a linebacker!

Massage chairs don’t work when upright, but when they tilt you back for your pedi massage they work wonders. Elvira says she’s going to get this fixed.
Pedi was great. Pedi massage good. Not too short, and who never wishes it was longer, right?
Different than any other place I’ve been, when they tilt your chair back for pedi massage you literally get tipped back and are almost looking at ceiling. Very weird at first, but once I relaxed, it was actually pretty cool and comfortable. I took a mini snooze as my massage chair was in full effect.
Elvia gave me 30 min table massage after pedi. Private room. Clean. Nice relaxing music. Great massage. Hands of steel which I needed!
Will go back! My new pedi place with other options available! Hair, make up, nails, massage, facials, etc!

The facial includes a mini neck, shoulder and arm massage. Definitely awesome after a stressful week of work!
I enjoyed the facial treatment too much to remember what i can state here.
I love the cold rollers she applies towards the end of the facial. Supposedly that is to help with tightening up the pores. Hot towels are sooooo awesome for some reason.
Since the salon is still so new, the place is very clean.
I highly suggest calling in to schedule an appointment just to be safe. Walk-in’s are always welcomed but giving them time to anticipate helps offer better service, basically less waiting around when they know when they’ll be expecting you and not take other customers before your appointment.
Cant wait to get my nails done from here and see how that goes.

This place is a little hidden away behind the outlet but was a relief from all the stupid parking hassles. For whatever reason, the outlet parking was totally full so we just pulled into this lot and parked. So if you are planning on going Outlet shopping and do not see parking, PARK HERE. Then walk the rest of the way.
My dad had his hair trimmed and re-​colored. The lady doing his hair has a good eye for color. My dad being more old school cannot settle for anything other than flat black, but she managed to get him to off-​black near brown and it looked pretty good. Mom got her hair colored similarly and had a nice job done. Normally when she gets her hair done, it looks way over-​done. This time around, it was trimmed, but had a nice natural look to it. They are now totally ready for their vacation next week, thank you!
The shop itself is cute, 5 foot massage chairs, two body massage rooms, five haircut stations, and some cuties hanging around for the grand opening! *wooT!*
I have a soft spot for helping out new business so as a guy, even I plopped down for a foot massage, callous removal, and pedicure.

Then when you’re done, Tung Kee Noodle next door or King Egg Roll for some nice oily stir fry … this Asian plaza is a little bit out of place being in mostly Caucasian Girloy, but it’s a nice change of pace and scenery.

I am writing this review on my girlfriend’s behalf.
We were getting ready for prom this year and my girlfriend found this place through a referral. We figured since other places were too overpriced, we thought it was worth checking this place out. For the mumbo-​jumbo prom stuff she did, it was much cheaper than other places.
We were very satisfied with the service and skill of the workers. Very polite and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for better service.
We highly recommend coming here!
