My boyfriend and I have been looking for a black storage bench. We went to 3 other furniture stores before going to Econo Furniture. The employees at all 3 furniture stores did not acknowledge us and it wasn’t even busy. We then walked into Econo Furniture and Hank greeted us with a handshake, a smile and a genuine hello. He asked us what we were looking for. They only had one black storage bench in the store but Hank went above and beyond to pull up some catalogs and show us all of the options. Hank is definitely the reason why we ended up getting the storage bench that was in store. He cleaned and wrapped up the bench and we were very happy with the service and product we purchased at Econo Furniture. Thanks Hank for being so very kind and going out of your way for us!

Yikes… scam artists. I paid for a futon in cash and agreed on a free delivery (big mistake). Delivery guys come out and refuse to bring in the furniture unless a delivery fee is paid. I show the transaction slip clearly showing that the delivery is included. Response: «It’s included but you still need to pay for it.» Hah! I wasn’t sure what to do: laugh or cry. Bottom line: ended up paying an additional $ 50 and had my newly painted hand-​railing scratched. What goes around comes around and hopefully Unilocal will assist with that.
Futon is OK but time will tell; budget quality but OK for my needs.

This place is perfect for those who are on a budget. The sales people are friendly and helpful. We found the perfect couch within our budget and they set up the delivery around our schedule. They will definitely be our first stop for any furniture needs. Highly recommended!
