Domino’s Pizza

This place is a sham! Stay far away. I received a coupon in the meal advertising a special for $ 19.99. I called to place the order and was on hold for 5 minutes. During my hold time the special was described twice in the hold music. When I went to purchase the advertised special they would not honor it. When I spoke to the manager, Hailey, and told her that was false advertising to send out coupons and have the special on their hold music and she should honor the promotion, she said no. When I kept talking, she hung up on me! I will be filing a complaint in their Facebook page and with corporate!

Delivery boy had me meet him at the apt buildings door instead of coming up to my apt and deliver which is his job right ?! Second bad experience with this location first time I received my pizza burnt to a crisp barely edible huge bummer I enjoy dominos every once in a while but both times have left a bad taste in my mouth, literally!

My kids and I love this place. So easy to order and the food is great. We usually get fettuccine, a couple subs, and pizza. It always shows up fast and hot. It is also a fraction of the cost round table pizza. I can’t believe what round table charges now.

Hey this is better than little Caesers. Remember you get what you pay for, so for me this is another great alternative.

Had been ordering from Dominos while staying in local hotel.
Most of the orders previously were OK until a recent order on 8÷2÷2015
I received a burnt pizza, but the worst is I ordered a bottle water with some cookies in a bag and there were chemicals sprayed inside the bag .OMG! It stunk. I called the pizza place and let them know. The girl I talked to was extremely RUDE claiming they would never use chemicals! Like I believe that! I told her I want a refund. She replied back in a rude manner don’t ever call there again for an order!!! No customer service skills. Instead of fixing a problem she had to tell me off and tell me never to order from them again. I gave them great business three prior times. DO NOT order from them! They have NO integrity!! disgusting!!!

Pan pizza was made in a timely fashion. It was also delicious. Extra kudos for the girl working the register on Saturday around noon. She was very pleasant despite the impatience of one of the members of the party in front of me.

Horrible. Delivery takes between 1 hour and 20 min and 1 hour and 45 minutes when the email says 20 – 30 minutes. The person says it’s because they only have 1 person in the restaurant and 1 delivering. Not my problem, HIRE MORE PEOPLE! Pizza Hut is better and last time I ordered for here in 30 minutes!

Like many of the others that complain about ordering online the same goes for me I ordered a at 12:21 pizza the according to the tracker it was done and sent out at 12:35 pizza arrived at 1:40 and to top it off the guy was taking pizza to the neighbors house wtf I called the manager and he the reason why it took so long was because my house is way out of the ways but it’s not it’s less the half a mile away from them so I will say this last time I order here plus side foods good but not worth the stress

My boyfriend and I tried Domino’s for the first time a month ago and what started off as a BAD experience turned into a content customer. I think the girl working the register needs a little more training on customer satisfaction. Long story short — after asking for the manager to address the issue at hand he took initiative to correct the RUDE girl at the register and promptly addressed the error.
The food was good and the store was nice and CLEAN!!! so 2 of the 3 most important things to me were meet. I haven’t gone back yet but plan to go soon in the near future, in hopes to have an excellent experience to go along with the good food.

I am a regular here at Dominos, the pan pizza is my favorite. However I ordered two pizzas online yesterday evening and we waited for almost two hours for the pizza to get here. Very disappointed, pizza was still warm but after finishing our first slice, the other pieces weren’t hot or very warm. Our pizza had been ready for about 45 before it was delivered. (According to the tracker)
Also, as I was eating the pizza I noticed my stomach starting to ache. Well here I am next day and my stomach hurts so bad. Something obviously went wrong yesterday and I am very disappointed!!!

The purpose of dominoes was for quick, decent pizza for a 6 year old boys birthday at gilroy bowl. I should have known when I called at 10:25am asking about having 5 medium pizzas delivered at 11:45. The girl on the phone, Kalie (kaylie or similar) was a bit stressed. She said the driver was not there yet, should be there by 11 and was coming from Seaside.
She took my order, I tried to pay by credit card, but she could not get it too work. Cash was fine, she said no problem the pizza would be there at 11:45.
11:50 comes, I have 13 boys and girls starving with no food. I call and the same girl is saying there are three orders out, she said it is on the way and she is sorry, but she is the only person in the shop and pizzas are coming out of the oven. I should have ordered sandwhiches from the restaurant on site then!
My husband is still outside at 12:15. I tell him I am going to order food. He says forget it, feed them cupcakes and be done. Well, 4 baskets of fries are coming out, kids have eaten cupcakes and finally, 12:25 five pizzas come.
Ok, so they taste good, are super hot and all is well, but no discount, no apology, nothing. Next time, I will just go pick it up, or order elsewhere.
Dominos, hire more people, or donot offer delivery!!!

A lot better then Lil Ceasers… Order for delivery people. That’s what pizza is about. You can order on the interweb. And boom, its at your door. Follow the tracker and get your grub on. I wish it was a little more inexpensive. But hey, you pay to play. Great staff. And I’m glad its back.

1^st I ordered a pizza online for me and my boss (that’s their big thing right «ordering online») a simple medium pepperoni pizza
Ordered around 1230 said it would be done by 12:45 was about to leave to pick it up around 1, i called the first to verify my order the girl said «oh I’m sorry the pizza should be another 35 to 40 minutes??!» long story short told her to cancel my order and forget it.
2^nd time order to pepperoni’s everything was fine got my pizzas on time no problems ordered around 7 ish
3^nd time, so I told my boss let’s give it another try I really wanted her to try the pizza I told her we had ordered a week before and everything went fine so we order online (they have a little tracking order thing that said my pizza was done) so I told my boss hey its done so she leaves to go get it, I had a bad feeling so I called sure enough the girl said it’ll be another 30 to 35 minutes I had told her that the app said it was already done and I had already ordered 20 minutes ago and my boss was on her way to go pick it up long story short r pizza was not ready my boss wasted her whole lunch standing around waiting for a pizza we had ordered 20 minutes before and it was raw the dough was not fully cooked and I think it’s because they were trying to rush our order since they knew we were upset why would they say my orders done when it obviously wasn’t. Bad I will never try again

I Ordered a pizza online last night, the expected wait was approximately 35 minutes. No big deal, it was a Friday night around 730 so it was understandable that they’d be busy. However, the problems started when I showed up around 8 to pick up my order.
At first, they said my order would be out soon. As I waited, I noticed that multiple people called to complain about not receiving deliveries. For 15 minutes I was told my pizza was almost out until finally, 20 minutes later, I was informed it hadn’t even been started. They offered me two pizzas in compensation, but after nearly an hour had elapsed since I placed my order and being lied to in the store, I decided to cut my losses and leave.
If you’re in the mood for pizza steer clear of this location, Gilroy has many other pizza places to choose from.

Love the pizza. Very good phone app can order using that. Good delivery pizza was hot and got it pretty fast. Polite driver. I will use again, actually do, once a week! The boneless buffalo wings are freakin awsome

Ordered a pizza and two subs steak and cheese, we asked for and they charged us for extra meat on the subs and the pizza was «brookland» style, the subs had barely any meat on them first off which I wasn’t too happy about, they were also as dry as cardboard and the cheese was terrible, and then the pizza was so salty I could barely eat it, won’t be returning

Just picked up my first AND LAST pizza from this place. Was actually excited to try it out here and was everything but satisfied. Customer service was horrible girl was very rude. I had asked for cheese and peppers, they said they were out of parmesan cheese. Then I get home to open the box finding a pizza that looked like a 3 year old cut it. Very uneven slices and not even cut all the way through. Sorry Domino’s but you need to step it up ALOT

It’s Dominoes Pizza. It’s new here and any new store will have its challenges. Sorry Gilroy, it’s not nasty Hot and Ready Garbage. Just wait 10 minutes for a wide selection of pizza choices, it’s worth it. Chocolate Lava cakes are so good and the Dominoes app is easy to use.

I went to this place they were very helpful very friendly and the service was great great for walking takeouts and for the delivery customer service was fantastic

Poor delivery, Poor customer service, Managment very unhelpful and full of excuses as to why they cant get it right. I dont get why this BRAND NEW place has the worst customer service.
