This location wasn’t generous with their toppings, specifically the guac. For $ 2.10, I got about a lime size worth of guac. Considering the price of avocados has gone down, I found it kind of ridiculous. The ladies working were nice about it, I realize it might have been out of their control, but I’d still like to see a change.

Very Disappointed! Once again THIS store is out of Guacamole! I have never experienced this at other Chipotles. The food tonight wasn’t hot and just Meh! How do you screw up Chipotle? I will remember not to bother here in Gilroy!

This is the 5th time I’ve been here that they are out of something simple. Like chease. All the other times they were out of chips, chease, sour cream corn and salsa. They seriously need new managment. This is awful!

Food is always good and fresh, but last several visits they’ve been super cheap on the portions. Employees act like a healthy serviibg comes out of their paycheck– 4 Oz serving of meat… Basically 2 kids meals for $ 25. Thanks chipotle.

I have been to this Chipotle multiple times hoping things will be better than the last time but it’s never the case. The customer service is very slow and every burrito bowl I get has absolutely horrible portions! The last time I went they gave me maybe a half a spoonful of rice barely any beans and almost no meat and when I asked for more meat all that was added was a tiny pinch more of meat. I’ll fix my review once this problem is resolved.

Is there any decent chipotle left? It seems like this chain has gone down hill customer service wise. They need better training. 3 workers standing around cleaning and not even acknowledge me for 5 min. Ok I didn’t know wiping your tables was more important than serving paying customers. The manager was chatting with his family that ate there the whole time. To top it off this place is ALWAYS stingy with their portions!!! Everything from the salsa To the chicken! Lazy people. Will not come back! Management needs to get their shit together. Where are the decent chipotle’s anymore?

Yeah, it’s much better now. Occasionally I’ll get a bad burrito bowl, but things are looking up for this location. Bumping this up for a 4 star chipotle as an act of faith. I’m watching you! ;)

Came in here for lunch with the family. We ordered 2 chicken burritos and a kids meal. When we got our food, I noticed the burritos were quite small. The kids meal had less than a half a scoop of rice and beans. The chicken in the burritos were dry and it was cold. The tortilla was stale and they had no chocolate milk or juice for the kids meal. We paid $ 22+ for our meal, not worth it all.

I have been to many Chipotle’s and recently have started coming here, I was impressed with the serving size and consistent quality of food. I work in Morgan HIll and I drive all the way to Gilroy for Chipotle(despite that there is a location here locall). Here’s a little tip to the female workers. If you don’t like customer service, don’t work with the public. If you don’t like your job, find another one. Don’t be a disservice to a company who is employing you, nor to the public who wants to patron this establishment.

I go here literally every day. I give 5 stars to the following employees, who provide EXCELLENT customer service and down-to-earth humility, each time I attend: Zack, Darren, Alvira(spelling?), Alejandra, Christian, and Angie. Special shout out to Casey– managers: keep Casey on the line serving customers. Trust me. He provides an amazingly positive and humorous customer experience EVERY time. I’ve never seen Casey in a bad mood, nor complain. And he’s always working fast. Keep him on the line, along with the others above. They provide the best customer experience and feel somewhat like friends at this point lol as corny as that sounds

I love chipotle! Chipotle is my life… LOL! Ok not really. But Definitely good food. I get the same thing every time. A chicken bowl with rice, black beans, tomato salsa, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream. And You cant forget the crispy lime infused chips! mmmm… After a chipotle lunch, I’m useless at work. lol!

My experience here wasn’t that bad, the employees were friendly and they got my order right, but I knocked a couple of points down based on cleanliness. There was food on the tables and floor and it wasn’t even during a busy time. I mentioned it to a employee and they said they will get at it later.

Came in last week and over all it was decent. All I had was guacamole and chips… the hubby had his usual bowl with a million things in it. Both were fine. This location is nothing to rave about. it could use a good scrub in the bathroom and the tables. Would come here in a pinch if in the area… This was the last pit stop from our trip back to LA.

I hate giving bad reviews but this was just a poor experience. There were only a few people in line ahead of me but the staff seemed to take forever to get to each customer. There was one woman working who seemed to be working her butt off, assembling everyone’s food, ringing them up all while directing the rest of the staff who seemed to have no clue what to do. Although she was visibly frustrated with the staff she was polite and thanked us for waiting. The other staff members were more concerned with preparing more food or playing on their phones than helping customers. The food was standard chipotle. The veggies were left out of my bowl but I may not have reminded her to add them. Chipotle seems to be a great brand and there stores are often well run and efficient, this one seems to just be behind the others.

This place is so skimpy with their toppings. They do half scoops of everything. When a worker forgot to give me brown rice, they gave me a the tiniest side bowl of it because they weren’t «allowed to put my bowl back in the food area.» More icing on this cake: the workers all have attitude, especially the blonde girl with braces that gave me the side of rice. I’m normally happy with the Chipotle locations that I visit, but this one is terrible. I would give zero stars if I could.
