Glad to see the new store manager is turning things around over there! It was long overdue. My wife and I visited a few weeks ago and the food was great and the service was outstanding! Glad we came back.

I just finished getting sick after consuming this nasty pizza. The ingredients don’t even taste real. It took them 1.5 hours to deliver, I wish they never came. Waste of money. Don’t eat here.

Just waited 46 minutes for a single order of breadsticks and a Greek salad. No apologies, no acknowledgement, nothing. Seriously disappointed. Will not return to this location again.

Placed order online for delivery. 1 pizza and 2 sandwiches. Receipt said about 40 minutes for delivery. Ok. An hour later, no food. Called store for status update and was told«driver is getting ready to leave». Really? An hour later and he’s just leaving now? Food arrives about 20 minutes later. From time of online order to delivery is now 1 hour and 20 minutes. Pizza is cold and tastes like salt. 12 yo Son who will normally eat anything with even just the word«pizza» in it has just one slice and then asks for a bowl of cereal instead. Threw the rest of it out. Spent $ 36 for this horrible, horrible meal and experience. To add insult to injury because we ordered online I also added a very generous tip pre-delivery. I want my money back We’ll never use them again. We could have gone anywhere else and I guess we should have. Never again. Thanks Papa Gino’s.

I am extremely offended by my experience here. I asked for no meat on an order that I placed, and the girl at the counter asks«Are you a vegetarian?» And when I replied yes, she says«oh that’s cool! I thought vegetarians were super skinny though?» Excuse me?! Nope. My boyfriend and I got up and left after that comment. We will not be eating here ever again if they chose to hire(or not train) people working with the public to have decent manners and not insult people.

Papa Ginos Only because Dominos in Laconia won’t deliver to my part of Gilford… I ordered delivery from this place three times. The first time the driver got lost, never called and just went home. 1:36 minutes after placing my order it arrived cold and via a new driver. I had prepaid with my credit card and they refunded it(their idea). I was happy about that. I still wanted to tip the driver. So gave I the driver her $ 20 and asked for $ 13 back. She gave me $ 8.00 back… I didn’t notice until I closed the door and didn’t feel like complaining. So I just let that slide. The second time I ordered delivery it arrived after 1:26 minutes. No excuses, no stories, no apologizes and no refunds. Just a couple cold pizzas and a $ 30 bill. The third time I called for delivery they told me there was a 2.5 hour wait. They only had two drivers, they were busy and there was bad weather. I got the impression that the person on the phone wasn’t taking his job seriously. As he called me mam several times and kept asking me to repeat my phone number. Then he would read it back to me incorrectly. Regretfully, I decided to place the order anyway. After an hour and a half I called to check on the status of my order. They said the driver has slid off the road and into two of my neighbor’s parked cars(icy roads). I went outside and he had in fact crashed his car. Thankfully He wasn’t hurt. He was waiting for another driver to help him dislodge his car from their cars. When I first approached him. We made some small talk and«he said he had been here for a half an hour». I asked why he didn’t call me so I could walk the 50 feet up the road and pick up the pizzas. He said the phone number wasn’t correct. Which I believe only because the guy I placed the order with asked me to repeat it over and over and kept reciting it incorrectly.(Note: I don’t blame the driver for any of this nights problems). This time I ended up with a several cold pizzas so cold that the microwave couldn’t even save them and a $ 40 bill. Just to be clear here. I live on the same road as the Papa Ginos, in the same town, ten minutes away. My house is always well lit and well marked. Delivery should take 30 – 35 minutes tops not 1.5 hours!

For a chain pizzeria, Papa Gino’s has fantastic pizza. They’ve also got an extremely functional website that lets you build up a fully customized order online. If I have guests who have a hankering for pizza, this is where I come to get it. Plus it’s right next to a grocery store, so you can grab any extras quite conveniently. For sit down service, this is NOT a good place to eat. The venue has these huge windows that are worse than useless. In spite of their size, they show nothing but parking lot and in the afternoons let in blinding amounts of light. Since I come here strictly for takeout, I’m giving it 4 stars. If I were evenly dividing the venue and the quality of food for my rating I’d probably only give it 2 – 3 stars.

We come here after skiing at Gunstock. We really enjoy the food here. Loved the wings. We are slightly disappointed because they just recently switched from delicious Coca Cola products to inferior Pepsi. So from now on we will be bringing our own drinks lol.

This is how they treat their customers… with absolutely NO consideration or respect… read on… This is what they do if you use your debit card there… they won’t charge you for a month or two after the fact! This has happened to me and several other people I know. Instead of debiting your account immediately, they hold on to the charge and then suddenly, a month or two later, when you have forgotten all about even eating there(because the pizza is NOT that good… sauce tastes like tomato paste and crust is doughy), a charge will appear in your checking account and mess up everything, possibly even putting your account in the negative. I called and emailed the manager about this, let her know that this is a TERRIBLE way to treat customers and I demanded that they credit my account back… she just ignored me and the charges stayed. Be warned, and stay away

I personally love Papa Gino’s, there cheese pizza does it for me. I know it sounds a little weird but I like the concord locations pizza a little bit better, I find the cheese more cheese, like in cartoons when the cheese just lingers. That is my favorite kind of pizza!
