A&B Locksmith

I called this business based on a recommendation because I unfortunately locked myself out of my home. The two gentlemen I talked with on the phone were very cordial. They also called a couple of times to keep me updated on when they would arrive, which I appreciated. The gentleman came to Wolfeboro from New Durham quickly. He was very nice. I would definitely call this business again and I would highly recommend them.

A & B Locksmith Service was recommended to me by my neighbor who is a long-​time Gilford resident. When I called A & B, the owner Bill answered my call right away & said that he was finishing up another job and could be at my house in 30 minutes. He showed up right on time & was able to re-​key my doors within a few minures and at a very reasonable price.
Bill was a real pro that I would definately use again in the future for any type of locksmith service.

I found A&B Locksmiths while I was in my car on a phone search, trying to find someone to make some keys for me. The A&B listing gave a business street address and even mapped the location out for me. I drove to A&B and noticed it looked like a residence, so I called the business number instead of knocking on the door. When I told the A&B representative I was in his driveway and asked if he could make some keys for me he said, «No. This is my home. You’re not supposed to be here.» And then he hung up on me. Really, if you don’t want people driving to your business, you shouldn’t provide a street address and then map it for them. Also, the tiniest bit of professionalism, courtesy and kindness in explaining the non-​home based service policy would have been appreciated. I ended up going to Bob’s Lock & Key in Laconia. The price was right, and the service was fast, friendly and exceedingly professional. I would definitely recommend Bob’s Lock & Key instead of A&B.
