Raul was nice enough to accommodate my work schedule so I didn’t have to leave work for same day service. Raul replaced the broken spring (s) and lubed the track, hinges, and springs. Garage door is quieter now than it has been in the past! Very reasonably priced too!

I needed a torsion spring replaced and called them early in the morning. Raul answered, gave me an estimate, and showed up an hour later. He fixed the garage door quickly and efficiently and inspected and lubricated the entire door (hinges, rollers, etc) at no extra cost. He warranties the spring for life. I paid him exactly what he had quoted over the phone. His price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. I asked him to give me an estimate to repair the garage door bottom seal. He said he would call me when he could get the necessary parts. He called me a couple hours later and repaired the seal that very afternoon. Again his price was exactly as he quoted and did the job quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Monsoon Doors, especially Raul the service technician.

Our garage door had been acting up for a little over a week and on a very busy Friday morning it finally broke. Stuck half way open and completely off track it pulled the rollers out of place, cables were hanging out the one side and brackets had started pulling out of the wall… called Monsoon Doors and Raul answered right away. I explained the situation, he helped me assess the damages over the phone, gave a repair quote and was available within the hour! Upon arrival it was discovered one of our springs had snapped like he thought. I was given options for repair. either replace only the damaged spring or both, opted for both. To my surprise he had all the parts on hand, quoted everything upfront and completed the repair within an hour! The job consisted of 2 new springs, putting the loose cable back in place, resetting the door, tune up on door and motor with lubrication of track, life-​time parts warranty and 30 day labor warranty. Cost was only for service and parts. nothing additional! He fixed our garage door to be better than it had ever operated before!

I called them early in the morning. After I explained the problem, they gave me a quote over the phone. They showed up at my house in 45 min. The spring had to be replaced and Raul had everything completed in an hour. He was very professional and gave me a lifetime warranty on the spring. He went the extra mile and lubed the door.
