I have a business mailbox at this location. I shopped around for the best pricing and locations but the above and beyond service is why I choose this location. While do I love the location, hours and the friendly service– Dale calls me every time I get a package delivered so there is no guessing when it has arrived. This makes a difference and my busy workday is then so much more productive.

What… I thought I sent something UPS and it would get there in one or two days max… four days later the package is not there so I call and am told it was sent priority mail! WHAT! I chose UPS because it had not been picked up yet that day so I was guaranteed it would get there faster! What a slap in the face! Proprietor claims miscommunication.
