I used Arizona All Star Cleaning for the 2nd time and they did a great job again. They were every accommodating to our schedule and contacted me the morning of to confirm the appointment. The carpet looks and smells great. They did the job right and in a reasonable time frame. I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the Phoenix area.

Mark(owner) was great. Squeezed me in the Morning after I called. The equipment was up to par and the carpets are super clean. No smell. Looks new again. Professional guy who was a corporate slave turned hard working business owner. He even did A few rugs for almost nothing. –Best price out of four quotes. I made an online appointment with Standly Steamer and they Want $ 119 for a room, but then I had to call back and make sure that covered the 350 sq ft of my living room. No she said anything over 300 sq ft is additional and $ 220 latter I said no thank you. I would of had to send ss packing if I didn’t call back. Give Mark a call. My carpet is soft and clean again.

I recently hired Arizona All Star Cleaning to clean my carpets. They were absolutely fantastic, Brian called me to confirm the scheduled time and to let me know he was on his way, I always appreciate a company who respects my time. I expected Arizona All Star to show up and put it about an hours effort as other carpet cleaning services do. But to my surprise they were there for a little over 3hours. I’ll admit that my carpet needed a little TLC but it was nice to see that Arizona All Star Cleaning took pride in their work and made sure the job was done right!

scheduled an appointment with them for today, after not showing up and not even receiving a courtesy call we called them to see where they are at(almost 30 min. late). we were told that they will not make it today and asked us if we want to reschedule for tomorrow, needless to say the answer was NO! after scheduling an appointment in advance and having us move the furniture and vacuum so they can get to work right away we really didn’t want to wait another day and we shouldn’t have to if they would take their business serious and honor their costumers by showing up or ATLEAST give us a courtesy call if for some reason they can’t make it.
