Kieran Brothers Kitchen & Bath

These people took my parent’s hard earned money and closed their business. My dad is disabled and a vet and they don’t deserve to have their money taken just weeks before these people shut their doors!

I don’t normally make it a practice to review businesses I have not used but I feel compelled to comment here. I am fairly new to the area and have lots of remodeling needs that this business could have helped me with. They have great customer reviews and I like the fact they are a family business. That said, I find it frustrating they are closed on weekends. I understand the Sunday thing but not Saturday. I am a working woman with Monday — Friday job. Which is why I have both the funds and need for this business. Maybe you all cater to the traditional family that has a stay home wife in the picture that can accommodate YOUR business hours or have some other reason to exclude people that use weekends to conduct personal business. Luckily there are several other businesses that do cater to working people that will happily take my money.

We had Kieran brothers remodel our 3 full baths in our house that was built in 1955. The work was done while we were still living in it, which obviously slightly slowed the schedule. Patrick was extremely helpful and guided us through the entire process very professionally. The whole crew went above and beyond to make sure everything was done 100%. Any surprises as expected from an old house were dealt without a hitch and without them coming back to us for more money. Any time later, even after few months of completion of the project, Patrick resolved any minor issues (as expected from any job this big) promptly.
I am going to use them again to work on my kitchen this time as I was quite pleased with what they had done and how they dealt with us as their customers.

I would only recommend kieran brothers for any family or friends! These guys are honest, polite and professional! Pat came to our home and worked with us and offered solutions I didn’t realize was possible. His pricing was great, so much we added floor to almost ceiling cabinets. Pat made a time line to keep my kitchen offline as little as possible. He met all timelines. Both gentlemen were on time each day and were so clean. I am still in love with my beautiful kitchen. It is the main focal point in my home. Our home appraiser needed to know who did such quality work so she can hire them too!

Keiran Brothers designed and installed a bar in our home and they did a great job. They listened to what we wanted, they worked with us to get the right material to meet our budget. The bar turned out beautiful and really enhances our home. The installers were very professional and the jobsite was kept very clean and organized. They made sure there were enough outlets and worked with us to make sure the refrigerators would fit perfectly. I would recommend them in a hearbeat. Once it comes time to remodel the kitchen, they will get a chance to big the job for sure.

I gave one star, because ‘no stars’ is not an option.
We chose to work with this company, based on a recommendation. At one time, this may have been a reputable company. However, our experience was horrific! Deadlines were not met, work was not complete or was done incorrectly and had to be redone. Each day there were new guys showing up to work on the project, or to ‘fill up’ their time card for the week and would work maybe 1 hour to meet their 40hrs. Our custom counter tops were left outside in the sun for weeks to yellow. The site was left a mess, it became our responsibility to clean up left behind soda bottles, food wrappers along with their construction mess. Each time when we questioned Patrick, we received a mouthful of excuses. For every issue he had an excuse. At no time did he take responsibility for what had happened on the project, simply provided more excuses. Not only was each issue met with an excuse, but the work was subpar. Within a month the counter tops came loose, months later there is still excess caulking all over the sink bowl, along with shower doors hung poorly are only a few examples of what we are willing to live with, to never have to work with this company. Upon completion of the project, prior to any opportunity to inspect the work and ensure all items were completed, Patrick insisted we pay him the remaining balance. Unbelievable We determined, the issues that were left behind would be easier to fix then having to listen to another round of excuses from the Kieran brothers. This was the most disappointing experience.
In response to Olga and what will hopefully be the last of the excuses we have to hear, we did bring the issues to the attention of Patrick. Our displeasure was never a secret to your company There was a poor attempt to fix the issues. In fact when we mentioned an issue to Patrick yelled at my husband. Your inability to handle the situation properly was a continual source of disappointment. When Patrick quoted the project, there was no indication he was doing this as a favor. Luckily for our next investment property we found another company that did exceptional work and can manage to talk on the phone politely.

First class service, I am impressed!
They replaced my old kitchen cabinets with new ones at price that was lower than refinishing. The new cabinets are so nice!
Lovely to see a local family business that is doing such a great job.
