El Bella Day Spa Gilbert

The El Bella Day Spa is a wonderful place to be pampered from your head to your toes. I enjoyed a massage, facial and eye brow/​lip waxing. The staff are all very professional and are always asking if you need help or if they can, get you something. The only downfall to my visit was my appointment was at 2:30 and they didn’t start my appointment until after 3:00. Even though they started late I did not feel rushed. My whole experience was positive and I will definitely be going back! Best gift certificate ever, I loved it!

Amazing experience today at the spa. We did the package with massage, facial manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so nice and so accommodating. I’ll be back!

My wonderful boyfriend got me a gift card for my birthday. He stated I always am taking care of others and need to pamper myself. Well, El Bella Day Spa Gilbert did just that, pampered like a queen! I set my spa day with one of their many packages. I chose the Prince for a day, princesses are allowed also started with a one hour deep tissue massage followed by a one hour facial. I absolutely loved that I was given a robe so I didn’t have to redress in between the services. After 2 hours a relaxing bliss I came over to get a much needed manicure and pedicure. Amazing staff, very friendly, beautifully big spa and reasonable prices. I will be back again. Thank you for my spa experience!

Always a pleasure when I come here. Friendly staff and they do exceptional work. Have brought my little girls here and they always love getting treated like princesses.

Vicki is the best for nails and Laurie always gives a perfect haircut! Everyone is super friendly and the place is clean!

I love going to Elle Bella. The service is great, quality of work is the best. I bring all my friends to introduce them to this spas. Anything you choose to have done, they treat you like a Royal. Highly recommend.

I guess the second time was not a charm. I made an appointment for my two teenagers and once we got there we were greeted by a women that didn’t seem interested in being helpful. Even though both girls had a 2:30 appointment they only took one. While my second waited and waited and all the girls were busy I sat there and watched people walk in and be told «just a few minutes, pick your polish» I finally complained after 15 more minutes and explained that I booked a double appointment because they couldn’t drive and I didn’t want to sit for two fills. The front desk girl was then doing something with someone’s feet and when I commented on how they were taking walk ins but were 20 minutes late with my other daughter the rolled her eyes and said «gosh! I’m giving you someone who is fast. It will be fine» The upscale to gel was INTENSE and they even told her that she couldn’t get nail art unless she paid for gel. I stepped in and all of a sudden they could do it. My first visit when the owner was there and watching was AMAZING. This was a joke. They acted like a nasty quicky nail place

I’ve been here several times over the last 3 years for pedicures. Came with my mom a few times. Brought my college daughter and friends during their Spring Break one year. Never had a bad experience. The creativity and experience here never ceases to amaze me. Highly recommend and I will be back!

This place Rocks! Not only are they friendly and great you with a smile they do a wonderful job. The pedicure is awesome (puts me to sleep). My nails look great! I looked around forever to find a great place and I did these guys are awesome!

This review is mostly for David Vu who has been cutting me, my boys and occasionally my girls hair. He is a hair artist. Although my wife will not come back for the mani-​pedi services for most of the reasons the other reviews state, I am optimistic that the new owners will fix that part of their business. Location is everything and this joint is easy to find and close to many, many homes. I hope they can get it together. If they don’t, I hope David stays close so I don’t have to drive too far. :-).

Yesterday I came here with my teenage daughter for a dual pedicure. We opted for the VIP Spa Pedicure at $ 42 each.
The pedicures were fine, but what I’m upset about was that my technician coated my big toenails in about 3 thick coats of nail polish and it was so thick that (even after sitting under the UV light at the salon for 5 minutes) 3 hours later when I put on my shoes to go out for the night, my polish squished off and was completely destroyed!
You can only imagine how devastated I was after paying $ 100 for both of us, after gratuity, to have a pedicure ruined like that 3 hours later… definitely unhappy.

I love El Bella! I was skeptical at first but I got a full set of acrylics with a gel topcoat and I loved everything about them they are very thorough and super nice there. Not to mention extremely affordable! Chloe and Ally were great and I definitely would recommend El Bella anyone!
