I have been in this store numerous times and have always received the best service! But today was absolutely incredible and I must share… I came there this week to use my birthday gift card from the store… In the mail today I received a lovely card hand written from Tammy who helped me out this week– She not only thanked me for my business but wished me a happy birthday on the 16th(my actually bday) and remembered that I was leaving this week to celebrate my mothers birthday and wished her well for her 80th… She definitely went above and beyond… I’ve always had wonderful service at this location…(Other locations not so much)…Thank you Tammy and Brighton for showing what true customer service really is!

I buy a lot of Brighton because of style and quality. I love their handbags, jewelry and endless selection of charms! The San Tan location has the nicest, most helpful staff and it’s always fun to shop there. They really treat their good customers special and I always feel good after shopping there.

I’ve been to this store several times to purchase gifts. I would have to say Hillary is the nicest employee. She is the friendliest and most helpful. I have found everyone else seems to have an attitude and does not make eye contact. Two employees walked by me without asking if I needed help, and I was clearly standing at the charms needing help. 5 stars to Hillary, but the other gals knocked it down to 4.

I see there are a few reviews abo ut Hilary. I was lucky to have a great experience buying. I walked into the store and immediately began searching for the vertigo set. Dawn came by and ask how I was doing and that she was searching for — while turning the display as if looking at jewelry. I told her I was too. She walked away never offering to help so I felt like she was just making sure I wasn’t shoplifting. Hilary came by later to ask if I needed help finding anything. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will update the review on any experience returning anything here.

I love Brighton! My husband got me hooked on the jewelry 8 years ago and I’ve been obsessed ever since. I am especially fond of this SanTan location. Every time I go in I receive a friendly greeting and the staff is super helpful and so fun! They always look so great and professional so it makes me want to buy everything they’re wearing :). There’re are so many beautiful things in the store so I have a hard time narrowing down what to get and the gals there have been great at giving their input to help me decide. I feel like I’m shopping with my girlfriends when I go there. Even when the store is busy the gals still go out of their way to make sure the customers feel welcome and offer water or cookies. This is the only Brighton I will visit and I’ve shopped at many other locations. I would give them many more stars if I could!

I purchased the Vibrato Dolce necklace from the Chandler AZ store, which was Fed Ex’d to me from a store in California. Upon opening the package, I noticed there was a large gash along the bottom of it, which was quite noticeable due to the design. I returned the necklace tonight at the San Tan Village store in Gilbert AZ. I was told by Hillary that she could refund the necklace, but not the shipping fee. I explained to her that, that seemed unfair since the necklace was damaged, which is why I was returning it. She told me and my husband that«they won’t allow us to return the shipping fee.» We went around and around with her and she refused to refund the $ 5 shipping. I shop at Brighton regularly and know all the gals in two stores by name. I expect Brighton to have a higher level of integrity and am dumbfounded by the idea that you would ship a customer a damaged necklace and have the customer not only leave without the necklace, but have the audacity to not refund the original $ 5 shipping fee. I wasted a trip to the store to purchase the necklace and another to return it. My husband and I spent several minutes in the store arguing with Hillary about this to no avail. I would urge others to shop at Nordstrom or other stores with higher moral business ethics.

I am not impressed with this store. Although I’ve always loved the merchandise they carry, I finally made my first purchase four days ago. The item I wanted wasn’t in store(even though she initially said that the computer indicated that it was), so they offered to special order it for me. I agreed, and when she rang up the item, she told me that it was on sale. She said it would take 10 days for the order to come in… a bit of a wait, but it was the only way I could get the item. When I got home, I saw that the money was already out of my account. Four days later, I received a phone call from the store that they couldn’t special order the item because it was on sale. I asked why the money was out of my account, and why it took four days for them to realize that they couldn’t special order my item(no wonder it takes them 10 days to get the item to people). They couldn’t answer me, and offered to give me a refund. First they wanted me to come back to the store to process the refund. I said no, and told them they would have to do it over the phone. I wasn’t about to waste gas going back to the store for their mistake. She processed the refund, and when I asked her why I could purchase the item on the Brighton website for full price(no sale online, apparently), but they couldn’t special order the item for me as promised, she had no answer for me. So, it seems to me like Brighton decided that they didn’t want to honor the sale price. I had to purchase the item(I couldn’t get it anywhere else — and believe me, I tried) for full price from the Brighton website. Somehow, during my purchase on the website, my basket indicated I had two items in my cart. I immediately changed and updated the cart so that it only had the one item I wanted. When I was checking out, it said that I would be able to review my order on the next screen. Well, apparently that was wrong. It completed the order, and somehow I was charged for two items, not one. I am positive that I removed that item from my cart. When I tried to change the order, their website says that orders cannot be changed after they are placed, but rest assured I could return the item to a Brighton store if I no longer wanted it. That’s all well and good, but what about the shipping I had to pay for that item? That’s $ 2.50 out of my pocket for yet another one of their mistakes. After this purchase, I am never stepping foot into Brighton again. I can’t believe the horrible way this company is run. If you can, go somewhere else.
