Love getting my lashes done here they are always amazing. I have never had a many complements on my lashes as I have since I started going here. We laugh the entire time always a good experience I go in for weekly fills with Shannon. Even when my lashes are in need of some major work she gets the job done usually in 30 min will be going here for a long time thank you so much for taking such good care of my lashes

I took the plunge into lashes with Kayla, and she did a great job! She made me feel very comfortable and was knowledgeable about what types of lashes would work for me. I really wanted a natural look, and she totally followed through. Thank you!!!

I got my eyebrows sugared and they did a fantastic job! Very natural look, not over-​waxed.

I highly recommend this place for a great lash extension. Kayla was very nice and she did the kind of fix i needed for my lashes. I was very happy!

Love love this place! Shannon knows exactly what I want and does it perfect every time ! It took me a while to find someone who does my lashes how I want it but thankfully Shannon does hers exactly how I like mine so it was a perfect match! Everyone is so nice and talented there I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get eyelash extensions! :)

Kayla was awesome. I had ripped out the old set done by someone else and so I had extremely little to work with, but Kayla did an amazing job of making my lashes beautiful again. Definitely a professional job well done. Kayla was very nice and fun to talk with. I definitely recommend this place.

LOVE this place! Shannon has been doing my lashes for a couple weeks now and I am in love! They’re full and long and reasonably priced! I will def continue to come here!

Missed my flight home and had a fill scheduled for shortly after my flight was scheduled to land.
Needed to book an emergency fill as my place back home was booked for the next week.
I was pretty hesitant to try a new place as there are numerous lash stylists who do hack jobs… come on ladies, if you haven’t been part of that horror story… you’ve definitely heard about them. So I carefully combed through Unilocal reviews, crossing my fingers that there would be an opening that last minute.
Came across the Lash and Sugar Company. Checked out the reviews, pictures and website. SCORE! There’s even online booking available. It showed 2 appointments that same day, one for Shannon and one for Nicole. Call me skeptical… any good place generally doesn’t have openings for the same day, let alone on a Friday. So once more I went through the reviews and saw quite a few positive ones about Shannon. So there it was– ready or not, that’s who I was going with.
Booked it online and was good to go.
When I got there, a gal in the room closest to the front door greeted me even though she was with someone. Told her I have an appt with Shannon. Come to find out it was her… so even better. She came out to give me a waiver and apologized for being a few minutes behind, pointed out where the bathroom is, and also the water cooler. Awesome!
She was only 7 minutes behind– no biggie. During the appt, she took her time which I appreciated a lot. Easy to talk to, not weird or forced conversation. When she finished, it was done nicely and more importantly, properly for the most part. I was pretty happy especially with something so last minute.
It’s only 4 stars because the right eye was done perfectly while the left eye had a small patch that just didn’t set properly. I’m not sure if she knew but I think she did being that she kept trying to brush it before giving me the mirror. I wish she had acknowledged it or tried to fix it before I headed out. There are worse things.
If I find myself out here again and am in need of a fill, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back here again!

Had an appointment with Lanna to do a level 2 with classic lashes. I wanted a more dramatic look for my first time and it turned out perfectly! This level took 2 hours, but it went by fast as we chatted about lash care and other girl talk. I learned I cannot use my typical gel eyeliner, but I think the lashes define my eyes enough to where I don’t need it, and I definitely don’t need mascara.
I found cheaper places in my lash research, but I truly feel like you get what you pay for, and the horror stories out of budget places almost made me not get them. But I feel I got a quality product from a detailed, experienced lash tech.

I love this place. They always do a fantastic job. I started going to them after I had my lashes ruined by somewhere else. Now I will only go here! Not only did they fix them, but they have been doing a phenomenal job ever since. Every single one of the girls there is so nice and so accommodating every time I go in. It’s a pleasure.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I will definitely be back again and again. I was warned by a friend that I was embarking on the road to a new addiction, and she was right. I have wanted a Brazilian for years, and the staff here made me comfortable enough to finally schedule one, albeit a few weeks away.

My daughter just had her lashes done for the first time and is thrilled with the results. Very friendly and thorough.

I have been getting my lashes done for over a year with Vanessa and cannot say enough about her professionalism and attention to detail. She is truly a master at her craft!
I am also thoroughly pleased with the sugaring I get as well. It is less painful and lasts longer than waxing.

Ask for Lanna! She’s very knowledgeable and good at what she does, but best of all, her personality is the best!!! She’s fantastic and magical!

Great experience with Shannon! She’s super sweet and did an excellent job!
My previous experience with lashes was not so good, she took extra time to make sure everything was perfect, and it definitely is!

I came here looking for a new kind of waxing experience. I had always gotten hard wax Brazilians and while I didn’t hate the experience or the results, I had heard about sugar wax and was anxious to try it. Let me just say that I had a really great experience! It was slightly more painful and took a little bit longer than my Brazilians using hard wax, but the ambience at Lash and Sugar was so much more relaxing than anything I’d known before. I also noticed less irritation with the regrowth. I also really appreciated that they waxed one side at a time, so I didn’t have to stay in the butterfly position the entire time. They also roll you to the side to do your backstrip, which is a lot comfier than any other position. I will never love getting a Brazilian, but this place at least makes it more tolerable.

When I walked into the Lash and Sugar Company for the first time my lashes were so damaged from a my first (private practice) lash technician. They were sparse, short… just awful. I wasn’t even sure that anything could be done to salvage them but I dreaded walking around with no lashes. A friend regularly had her lashes done at Lash and Sugar Company and they always looked great so I decided I’d try them.
The initial set was exactly what I hope for. Jessica was careful not to apply anything that might further damage my fragile lashes. I looked like I had lashes but, nothing dramatic, but it would allow me to leave the house without embarrassment and let in order to let my natural lashes grow back.
I have since had 2 fills with Shannon and my lashes are growing in. We are still using the lightest lashes available but now they can be applied fuller. My lashes are recovering!
The ladies are all very friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. If this is your first time considering lashes. Please don’t make the mistake I did and go with a group in deal to save money. Do your research!
Bottom line. I definitely recommend Lash and Sugar Company.

I got my eyelashes done about 4 years ago and had the worst experience ever. However, this year I heard of The Lash and Sugar Company and completely feel in love with them. They provide the best service ever! I defiantly recommended this place to everyone.

I love that my eyelash Extentions feel natural and very light like I have nothing on them. I would recommend this place to people because of my great experience with my lashes. It was my very first time having this done. I loved the eye mask they used as well, felt very cool and relaxing!

It’s hard to find a sugaring place that actually has reviews and I had been wanting to try it for awhile. I tried another place but the esthetician wasn’t very friendly and the experience was disappointing.
When I scheduled with Emily it was so different. When I came in the salon was elegant and clean. Emily made me feel super comfortable while getting my service done and was just so friendly without being fake. She was quick and finished both appointments on time. I highly recommend her for sugaring.
But the best part is how much less sugaring hurts than waxing. I was really surprised at the difference plus it’s so much quicker without the esthetician having to run back to the pot of wax every time.
