Best Shoe Repair & Alterations

Brought in two pairs of heels and my favorite pair of boots that were pretty destroyed and they were able to fix my heels and make my boots look and feel brand new! I will for sure come here again! It’s so hard to find a reasonably priced shoe repair place that does a great job. They were also able to get them done for me in less than a week. If you’re looking for a great local shoe repair place I would definitely recommend them!

Horrible service! I took my husbands shoes in to repair and I was horrified by the service. First, they wanted me to pay for the entire bill before they provided the service which I find to be ridiculous! I asked why and she kept saying «Store Policy». I’m not a cheap person and have no problem spending money but when I’m asked to pay for a service that hasn’t been provided yet coupled with her being rude then I have a problem with that. My advice to this business is to learn how to treat customers better. My advice to potential customers is to drive the extra 3 miles and go to Lambs Shoe Repair in Mesa!

Wonderful experience! I walked in, was helped immediately, and the price was VERY reasonable. The item was ready when expected. WIll definitely use this place again for future shoe repair.

The tip of the rubber soles of my shoes needed to be glued down since it was separating from bottom. I was quoted $ 35 to do this for two pairs of shoes. SUCH A RIP OFF considering it was the tiniest dab of glue for two pairs of shoes. I went to another shoe repair store. It cost $ 5 and the guy did it right there on the spot for me. Ridiculous. Im glad I took my business elsewhere.

I brought 3 pairs of shoes here on the recommendation of a co-​worker. I am so glad I did. All 3 pairs were heels that needed to be re-​tabbed. I dropped them off and a week later they were ready for pickup. Not only were they were re-​tabbed but polished up and looking almost new. One pair are 8 years old that you would never know were that old! Shoes that would have been relegated to the trash heap including my favorite black Guess strappy sandals now have a new lease on life.
Cost is only $ 10 a pair and worth every penny! You will not be disappointed.

Had some expensive dress shoes come apart on a vertical seam on the heal. thought they were destined for the garbage. they fixed it to look almost like new, and ONLY CHARGED ME $ 12. I don’t need shoe repair often, but when I do this is my place.

Excellent shoe repair shop. My girlfriend needed to have a pair of new shoes repaired and they did a wonderful job. They were timely, friendly, charged a very fair price and did exactly what we asked. If you are in need of a shoe repair than you found the right place.

I went to my dry cleaners before for alterations, but the ladies would frequently turn down the work if it seemed too complicated or something. I finally got fed up and soon found this place. There is NOTHING they won’t try. Besides repair to my shoes, belts, and torn clothes, they have also hemmed my pants and even added fabric I brought in to extend the length on a dress. It was not a simple sewing job either. I even brought in these slip-​on heels that would slap my heels and slide off. The owners and I brainstormed how to add a strap/​buckle. When I picked them up a few days later, they looked better than when I bought them! I’ve noticed that their pricing is not always consistent. Some days the owners seem to estimate the latest project I’ll bring in and ask a price that is hard to accept. I figure it’s better to support small business and reward exceptional workmanship than look for cheaper service elsewhere.

I had a strap break on one of my fave pair of shoes, and I desperately tried finding a similar replacement pair for weeks before giving in to the fact that I wouldn’t be able to replace them. I had to try to get them fixed instead.
Thanks to Best Shoe Repair they fixed them BETTER THAN NEW, and I am one happy girl. It only cost me $ 15 and they had it ready for me in about 3 days. I LOVE this place & will be bringing them any of my shoes, bags, belts, etc that need repair!

I was referred here by another shoe shop (see previous review). I dropped off my wedding shoes to get dyed. $ 30 and a week later, I couldn’t be more happy with how they turned out!

Tucked away in a nondescript shopping mall (wait, did I just describe most of the Valley?), Best Shoe Repair is a no frills place that does a great job.
I had two pairs of heels that were worn down and needed new pads (not sure if that is the right term). One day turnaround for fairly cheap — $ 22 for both pairs. They also recommended a shoe polish for my favorite pair of flats.
