Powerful impact on my satisfaction!
The young sales associates were so fun to converse with and they weren’t reluctant to make suggestions. I got help from two sales people n definitely found an awesome bag in my budget with lots of organization pockets and zippers. Awesome presentation on the sales floor and great quality leather!!!

Jordyn helped me earlier this month (August 2012). I went in because I had a fossil watch purchased at another store, but which I needed links taken out of. First of all, I was greeted right away by the two girls at the counter and they were busy tidying up, arranging watches or something when I walked in. Jordyn was super helpful — she sized the watch for me, took the link out, needed to take another out, put the removed links in a little baggie for me. Then proceeded to take out jewelry for me to check out the sizes, appearance and wrote down the ones I liked so I could give the info to my husband. I shop at fossil all the time but I usually go to Chandler mall. I was reticent to come to this location seeing the one really bad review on Unilocal.But I needed to write my own review after the great service I received. Hopefully the other person’s experience was just a fluke because mine couldn’t have been more different.

worst customer service ever! called to speak to a manager about a bag that i had purchased (was unstitching after 1 week of use) and sent back in for a replacement. 6 hours later no returned phone call. so i called the store AGAIN and guess what? yup, a manager answered the phone.
the people in the store are not very friendly and pretend to care about your patronage. as soon as you decide to purchase something they go back to carrying on with their friends/​co-​workers, forgetting the customer.
i will not be giving this company anymore of my money. we are in a recession and if i am going to spend $ 200 on a purse then i expect the customer service and quality of the product to be top notch.
