Aristotle Air Conditioning & Heating

Our heat pump went out around 11pm and we were referred to Aristotle by some friends. I called at 8:30am (on a Saturday) and my call was returned by 9am. Brian the technician arrived at the house by 11am and was done with the repairs by noon. He was very honest, good mannered and did a great job — he didn’t try to up-​sell us on anything. I will definitely use Aristotle again and will recommend them to others.

I had Brian with Aristotle Air come out to my home in Gilbert to do a full AC diagnostic check up. He operated in a very professional manner and did a very thorough check of the unit. It was clear to me that he knew what he was talking about as he explained to me what he found during the check and what he did to hopefully help my unit cool more efficiently.
I would definitely use them again!

Amazing customer service. I called at 2 pm when i noticed our unit wasn’t cooling. They scheduled me for the next morning. Within 30 minutes they called me back and let me know a technician could actual come the same day. I was so happy with the service. The technician didn’t try to sell me on a new unit even though ours is pretty old. He gave us several options. By 430 my house was nice and cool again!

Honest, family owned company! So pleased at how fast they respond to service calls and the honesty they showed us. I had two other companies come out with estimates and they over charged way more and insisted on a lot of additional things that Richard (the owner of Aristotle) said was not needed. I referred my Mom and brother to them as well and they too could not say enough positive things. Definetly recommend this company!

Great customer service. The technicians were really nice. We couldn’t find a better deal than what we were quoted here. I would recommend them to anyone. Just make sure if they are going through your closest to get in the attic you remove or cover your clothes lol. I wish I would have been thinking that day.

A couple of weeks ago, my a/​c stopped cooling. I called 4 places to have a tech come take a look at it. Aristotle Air was the first to respond. Long story short, I received excellent customer service from them through the following week. I needed an expensive part replaced due to a leak, but due to age of my unit, I decided to just replace the entire unit instead of just the part.
They gave me three options (replacement part, and 2 options for new units). I called around to ensure I was getting a fair price, to which I was told I was getting «a very fair price». I called Aristotle Air to give the thumbs up and one and a half days later, the new unit was installed.
Over the week leading up to discovering the leak, they came to my house four times to add coolant at no extra charge. Even on weekends and at 9:00 at night! Each tech was polite and professional.
No one enjoys having to replace their a/​c unit, but dealing with Aristotle I felt I was receiving excellent, honest, and prompt customer service at all times. I have been and will be recommending them!
