Jorge was nice at first.
H replaced the CPU on my computer,
but when i went home with it (after paying him) the computer was not powering anymore.
So i called him, texted him many times but he never payed the courtesy to respond!
That alone is so unprofessional and distressful!
After a few days i decided to take my computer some place else.
They opened the computer in front of me.
I turns out Jorge damaged the pins on the motherboard, which it made it unusable
and unrepairable. I had to replace motherboard and CPU, which cost me a lot more money.
I decided not to pursue a refund nor to confront him because i was too upset about
the situation.
I have pictures as proof of my claims.

I’ve used Jorge for several years. He used to be great, now the followup and follow-​thru are lacking. I’ve tried several times to contact him in regards to a job he just completed and I get zero response. I really trusted him and I’m sorry I will have to start sending my jobs to someone other company.

I’ve been using Jorge (ANP) for atleast 3 years now. He’s been fast, reliable and honest. I’ve used him for help networking my chiropractic office, getting rid of virus’s, and fixing my PC’s as well as keeping them running fast.
Today he switched out an 8 year old computer for a new one and got everything off the old slow PC and put it on the new one over my lunch hour so I my office’s billing department and front desk didn’t miss a beat. He recently set us up with an off site backup of all our important data as well. His prices are hood too.

Turns out that Jorge replaced my hard drive with the wrong drive. He put in a hard drive dated 2006 (OLD) and it was a 120GB, not a 320 or even a 500GB??? Warranty sticker showed Company name on it and that it was over 7 years old. That’s real ethical Jorge, you Bum. You should be thankful that I didn’t sue you for damages.
I don’t even give this guy one star. He doesn’t deserve any recognition,

After 4 hours of struggling trying to get some new security software installed on my computer I finally gave. I contacted ANP Computer Repair. Jorge was very knowledgeable and friendly on the phone. I dropped my computer off. Within hours, I received a call letting me know exactly what was wrong and how much it would cost to repair. I authorized the work and picked up my computer the next day. They did a great job at a fair price. I have found my new computer guy for virus removal and system cleanup.

Jorge was great to work with. My hard drive was in need of recovery and I was terrified. He did what he could and sent it on to drive savers, at no charge. He kept me informed as best he could along the way and even sent me information about where to get backed up in the future.

Saw the sign on the street advertising same day service. Great customer service, reasonable price, and delivered as promised! I feel very comfortable going to Jorge again for all of my computer fixes! I think we found a reliable computer guy that we can trust!
