Allstate Insurance: Jason Thorpe

Very knowledgeable and has helped will all questions I asked. Would highly recommend.

I was a customer/​client with Jason Thorpe of Allstate for many years. This included Business and personal policies.
When Allstate decided not to renew my business policy because they changed their underwriting policies I asked for help finding a new insurance plan at a different company. A couple referrals is all I asked. Just point me in the right direction to a company who would take my business.
Jason paid it no mind. He did not assist, even after he said he would. He did not even so much as answer any of my 4 emails I sent him asking for the help he promised. The sad part here as I am still a client until November and he is just completely blew me off. This infuriates me to no end. Just terrible business to not even answer a business related email. A standard courtesy you would think. He could have at least replied with a «Sorry man I looked around and I don’t have any more time to help you with migrating your policy.»
Long and short is… If you need basic customer service and help or assistance with your insurance needs, you will NOT find it here. When time for a claim comes good luck to you. This Broker wont even answer an email. Believe me I am still a paying AllState Client and this guy just BLEW ME OFF entirely.
Just go get your insurance somewhere else and save yourself the headache.
