Nolan Glenn is the man! Great customer service and he knows his stuff when it comes to getting people lined up and looking good!

High points:
1. Shop is VERY nice, NEAT, clean, well-​organized and well-​staffed.
2. Location is great; easy to get in & out of, plenty of parking and lots of fantastic shops & cafes all around.
3. Service is good. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
For me, the first (and biggest) surprise, is that the Gig Harbor branch is so much better than that in Southcenter. Selection, variety and assortment of all lines is greater and the staff is very good. I was expecting to find a smaller «Junior» version of the chain here, but it was just the opposite.
I stopped in at this branch today to kill some time, as I’d shown up early for a nearby meeting with friends. Once inside, I stumbled onto a very nice special and ended up walking out with a beautiful suit. It was a very nice shopping experience, thanks to Kristyna and the excellent advice she imparted.
JoS. A. Bank is a very good company /​chain of Men’s Suits and other menswear. From one branch to the next, you’ll rarely find a great deal of difference … but for me, this particular branch is worth the drive across the bridge (and worth the $ 6.00 toll), because it really is that well-​run of a shop.
Now that JoS A. Bank is owned by Mens Wearhouse, some of the Joseph Aboud line is starting to find it’s way into the shops and that’s a very good thing. Again, it is a great company /​chain and you’ll find a better-​than-​average shopping experience just about anywhere … but I’ve decided this branch to be the best of the bunch.

I went in and got fitted for a suit, but when I picked it up a week later the hem around the ankles wasn’t cuffed like I wanted. For no extra charge, Blue had the pants fixed overnight and then personally delivered the suit to me in UP so I wouldn’t have to make the drive out again. Blue then called me the next day just to make sure the fit satisfied me. Talk about customer service!

Place is warm and inviting. Blue and Mike were there and they made you feel like what ever suit you chose is the right suit for you. Never upselling or pushing other stuff. I’m not a suit buyer as most people are not but the staff here steered you in the way that made you comfortable to make choices. The thing is, I went to the places near the mall and they were more expensive and worse service. I’ll go over the bridge anytime I need to get a suit for these guys. Nicely done.

Very friendly staff here, meet there manager, a guy named Blue, he told me that any sale you see online they can do at the store, which is a good thing IMO as its hard thing ordering cloths online IMO as different brands fit different.
I had to exchange the suite that I ordered online because it was to small, so in a couple days they will be calling me and I will be getting it fitted right. Might end up buying something else while Im there lol.
Like I said, very friendly staff– I wouldn’t buy anything thats not on sale though as they tend to have good sales on their items.
