Very expensive and nothing that special as for taste. I prefer other locally made ice cream shoppes with special flavors. The girl working there was very pleasant though.

Incredibly disappointed by customer service here. My husband really wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday. We are new to the neighborhood and when I saw a Ben & Jerrys nearby, I thought they would have an amazing one. I paid $ 25 for a small cake, and when we brought it home enjoy, the whole bottom half of ice cream cake had frost bite. I called multiple times but no one answered the phone. Ended up leaving a message, requesting a replacement or at least a store credit. Never received a call back. Not the quality or service I expected.

The Ben and Jerrys Cow’s in front of the store look very sad :(The paint is falling off and just look miserable! Not very enticing as I drive by to get some lunch today. They should be removed as an eyesore. But the Ice Cream is great as always :)

Great choices for ice cream. The crew is very friendly, especially the young man with glasses. My favorite is the chocolate therapy & americone dream!

I wasn’t to impressed with this place, the prices seem high IMO, and the quality of the Ice Cream was so so, I highly doubt I will ever return. The service was very good and friendly, I just was not impressed with the product, other Ice Cream places around here are more reasonable and better quality IMO

Ben & Jerry’s is so overrated and overpriced. Spent over $ 9 for two scoops of ice cream(one for me, one for my daughter in cups not cones). The brownies were stale in my brownie ice cream. The spoons were flimsy plastic that bent whenever I tried to scoop any ice cream out to eat(for that price, you’d expect better?) The guy who worked there pinched off the ice cream with his gloved fingers when the ice cream was oozing over the sample spoon. When I asked him if he had just touched the ice cream he was about to serve me, he said, «Well, I have a glove on my hand.» I had to point out to him that his glove touches the counter, the scooper, and whatever else he touches or scratches etc. etc. etc. I should have just gone to the grocery store for some Haagen-Dazs. Dumb me.

I love that they change up their flavours, and the service is usually very friendly. It’s a bit pricey, but the ice cream is always super tasty. I haven’t come across anything here that I didn’t love!

Great location next to the movie theater. Great to swing by on a movie date night. Only con I found was the price is way too pricey for what it is. For 2 people, we each got a scoop in a waffle cone with 1 bottle of water that came out to a hefty $ 15. Its convenient but I think I’ll stick to the grocery store ice cream isle.

I never knew about this place otherwise I probably would have visited Gig Harbor sooner!!! I had the Lazy Sunday ice cream which is cake batter with cake chunks and brownie chunks. It was delicious!!!

It’s exactly what I expected. Pretty much like any B&J’s. Good yet pricey ice cream.

Ice Cream! Two words that bring a smile to everyone’s face. Ben & Jerry’s has some of the best ice cream around, and the shop has flavors that aren’t available in stores. The staff are friendly and helpful, and you can get samples of anything! I personally love the shakes, but the wife enjoys getting scoops. Prices are higher than if we bought pints in the store, but we enjoy the experience and getting a wider variety of flavors. Besides, it’s a great place to stop after a movie!

I*C*E*C*R*E*A*M! Yummy! So many flavors to choose from, and every one I’ve tried was fantastic. Be sure to ask for samples before making a final decision!

It’s Ben & Jerry’s. What’s NOT to like? Like most Ben & Jerry’s I’ve been to, the ice cream is a wonderful treat, but the sticky tables from previous customers’ spilled and dripped melted ice cream kinda makes me say, «um… ew.»

Love the new Greek Yogurt Ice Creams!!! My only negative about this B&J is that the store orientation makes for a very confused ordering experience! Great Product, Great Staff — just change the L shaped counter! I’m giving it a moderate on price, since this is a premium ice cream place!!!

Ben & Jerry is one of those places you have to go just cause you should. My first taste was in California and was happy when they finally built one close by especially in my home town. If you haven’t tried their ice cream their flavors are always a interesting journey with unique flavors. I had the Chunky Monkey(Banana Ice Cream with Fudge Chunks & Walnuts) on a waffle cone. It tasted great but other than the unique flavors there’s little else that is just amazing that would earn it 4 – 5 stars.
