The people at this business are fantastic. I have specific tastes, and they have superior values of great customer service. They always answered their phones, and returned Unilocal messages promptly. I had a problem with the first product, but never a problem with the company. Jeff affably returned with shades that look and work great. I recommend this company unconditionally.

Nice enough guy, showed up on time, very professional and courteous. Great products and features. Only reason I went with another outfit was a due to a price difference of «greater than my threshold,» but still very competitive I’d say. I’ll Definitely consider this outfit for future bids. One star less for price. Otherwise A+ !

We recently purchased blinds through Harborview Blinds and from start to finish it was a quality experience. The options available were excellent. Jeff did an outstanding job getting the blinds ordered and installed, going the extra mile to ensure that all was perfect. Wow! A business that actually exceeds expectations! Bob (the owner) came to our place, and listened to us, showed us several samples of the various window treatments for our windows and sliders, and within a couple of hours, we had made our selections. Andrew came out and did the installations on both trips (we had to wait for the shutters to be made) and did an excellent job with that. We had interior shutters installed in the front of the house, which has dramatically reduced the heat being let in through those large west-​facing windows… now we don’t have to get A/​C! I’m just guessing, but I’ll bet that the value of our home has increased somewhat more than what we paid for the treatments. We looked around our new neighborhood to see what others had used for their window treatments… saw some pretty sorry looking sun-​beaten drapes, and cheap blinds. Now, our house stands out among the others. Thanks, Harbor View, for a job well-​done!

We recently relocated to Seattle and, again, used Craig at Harborview Blinds. Craig was as polite and efficient as he always is and we couldn’t be happier with the top-​down-​bottom-​up cellular shades that we chose. If you need blinds, you need to call Harborview Blinds (and ask for Craig).

Highly recommend Harborview Blinds. Craig Porter come out twice to provide consultation and samples. We had several blackout shades and Roman shades installed. Craig personally installed them and insured we were happy prior to leaving. He was very responsive to any messages we left him. Very satisfied with their Norman shades and the plantation shutters.

We just purchased our first home in Queen Ann — Seattle and came across Harbor View Blinds after doing some internet research on Unilocal.Bob, the owner came out to our house with a great selection of products. We really wanted shutters and Bob provided us with detailed presentation of all the types of shutters. We selected Norman Shutters in a fantastic looking wood stain color that matched our woodwork perfectly. It was great to work with a company that has extensive product knowledge and expertise. Installation was performed by Jeff, their installer where he did an excellent job and was very professional. We are planning on ordering some draperies in another part of our house and will definitely work with Harbor View Blinds! Jim…

I highly recommend Harborview Blinds! I recently bought a house and had no experience with window treatments. Bob, who gave me my estimate, was tremendously helpful with design recommendations and helping me stay within my budget. The cost was lower than other bids I received even with adding extra shutters. Jeff, who did the installation, was professional, friendly and prompt. Will definitely do business with again

Highly recommend HarborView Blinds. Bob, the owner, came to give us a bid. We’d already gotten bids from both 3 Day and Budget Blinds — both of those bids were about the same (although they make it difficult to do a true comparison). We had low expectations that HarborView could beat the bids of the other 2 — we were shocked when his bid came in $ 1000 less for a better product (that the other 2 companies had neglected to mention were on special through the vendor). We decided to go with HarborView — the blinds were installed about 2.5 weeks later (exactly the time frame we’d been told) with no issue. Totally satisfied!
