First time flying with frontier and the plane was 2 hours late and no reason given. This caused me to miss my connection in Denver. Then they sent me to Orlando instead of Tampa and refused to pay for a car rental to complete my trip. Then, of course, they lost my luggage and was without it for 24 hours. The seats were very uncomfortable and made of vinyl which caused sweating. Ugh! The conditions and the extra I had to spend on luggage and seats made flying this airline stupid. I’ll spend the extra next time on a decent airline like Alaska or Delta.
