My birthday flowers that my son ordered online are beautiful, the fragrance is wonderful and they are in a high quality vase. I am delighted.

The English Garden does not even deserve a 1 star ranking. They have horrible service. I did not receive my Valentine’s flowers until 11 PM! On top of that my roses were already beginning to DIE when I received them. This is completely unacceptable especially considering the ridiculous amount of money that was spend on my dozen roses on top of a delivery charge! My boyfriend tried to call the day before valentines to change his order from delivery to pickup and their phone was DISCONNECTED!!! On top of that he called on valentines wondering at 5pm where in the world my flowers were and he tried calling 5+ with no answer. Awful/​no customer service and very poor quality. RIDICULOUS!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!
