Always ordered online and picked up on time. No bad experiences so far from this place.

I haven’t ordered from Pizza Hut in nearly 10 years because of a bad experience. Today, I decided I wanted something different and Pizza Hut had some new pizzas and Waffle Fries so I thought it’s time to give them another show. BIG MISTAKE. I logged into their website, created my order and waited. Delivery was awful. The driver called me because he couldn’t in my building even thought the code was on the receipt. He then couldn’t find my apartment because while the website showed my apartment number but the receipt the restaurant printed did not show my number. A Major Disconnect between the website and the restaurant.
And now for the food. Oh my! The waffle fries I ordered were cold and nearly hard as a rock. No joke. The boneless honey BBQ wings tasted like they were under a heat lamp before leaving the restaurant versus freshly cooked. The pizza? I got a pretzel crust with spinach, mushrooms and bacon with some sort of drizzle sauce that I can only guess was for flavor. The pizza had to be reheated by me after it was delivered and the spinach looked awful. I’d almost say it was wilted and laid on the pizza without being cooked. And the drizzle stuff for flavor? Yuck!
I could not and would not recommend this place to anyone in good conscience. Given the last experience I had with a different Pizza Hut some 10 years ago and then this one today, I will never trust Pizza Hut again.

Horrible ! I called and ordered pizza at 4:53pm, I was told it would be an hour. I called again a little after six. Not discount offered! Pizza is still not here and it’s 6:43pm ! NOTHING!

We have ordered here since we moved here earlier this year. They give us the best service in town. We always order online which helps get us the best deals. Sometimes the employees will even give us coupons that we didn’t even notice. Definitely try this Pizza Hut. Always worth the extra mile or two.

Horrible service. I ordered online and it said it would take an hour and a half! I tried to call to cancel and Was put on hold for over 10 min. When I hung up and called back no one ever picked up!
