Many people warned me, but I needed a place to rent. I rented from MTC and boy did I screw up. Like most rental companies, they are pleasant on the phone, and very helpful in the beginning. But in the long run, all they want is more money. If you give them a deposit, you will not get it back. They will charge you for everything under the sun, even if you AND their agent recorded a problem/​issue on the move-​in inspection. They can’t address any of your issues until the owner of the house returns their e-​mails about your concerns, and ‘approves’ the work-​order for completion. I discovered negative reviews all over the internet about this rental company, from both renters and home owners. So, ye be warned.

I live in one of their rental houses. They are great about maintanence and support. If you are looking to rent… CALL THEM!!!
