I was able to call and get a last minute appointment for the same day. Which is rare for any spa like the Germantown Day spa. The facility is very clean and has perfect spa ambiance. I had an escape facial from Lindsey. Over all it was a pleasant, relaxing experience. It was fairly priced for the experience. She did a great job with the facial, shoulder/​neck massage and did an ok job with the extractions. My only complaint is that Lindsey was a bit pushy with microdermabrasion and some expensive products as well as making another appointment in the future. As well as the receptionist was a bit taciturn and rude. Resulting in it being a three star experience for me

Every time I have been here I cannot wait to come back. Great massages, and hair cuts. No crazy fragrances floating around, truly an oasis in Germantown. Staff has always been professional. Highly recommend.

I really like this place! The décor is gorgeous and they offer a very wide variety of services. Be sure to try their facials and mani/​pedi.
The only reason why I give this place 3 stars is because there is a high turnover rate for the nail techs. I have found 2 nail techs that I really liked but suddenly they were no longer there after a few months. Also, the front desk staff could be more customer service oriented and helpful.
