I have always enjoyed Goulds because it is a clean, friendly place to spend two or three hours getting my hair done. Bob Turner is the best master colorist around.
His assistants always call my by my first name and greet me with a smile when I come in. I enjoy their professionalism, they are very attentive.

The ladies checked me in quickly even though there was a line. They got me straight to the area and got me set up and relaxed in no time as well as offered me something to drink. Just lovely.

Friendly staff here, clean and current products and facilities, quiet music. All things I want when I get a massage! I haven’t had my hair cut here, but I have taken advantage of the spa side, with a pedicure and several massages. The appointment staff are good at matching your needs with the right massage therapist. Stacey is a deep-​tissue pro, and is knowledgeable about how the body works, and the way muscles link to each other. I initially went in to see about a back massage for my TMJ pain. My second massage was so deep that I had a rush of lactic acid buildup coming out and cause me headaches for 36 hours. Not a fun after-​effect, but it is helpful. Make sure if you have «work» done, ask for 30 minutes of «love», too, or muscles will make you pay.

Great experience every time. Facility is clean, atmosphere is nice, staff is friendly. Ashley is my go-​to for a quality haircut on every visit. A big «thank you» to her for her consistency in giving me great haircuts each time I sit in the chair. She’s a real pro!

I am only writing my review about the massage I received. I go to Tracey and she is amazing!!! I have been to her several times. And she even helped me when I was getting over pneumonia and it did wonders for me. The whole salon is beautiful. The front desk employees could be more friendly and welcoming. (as this happens at a lot of salons) I have only received the hour long massage but it was great. I highly recommend going to Tracey!

I like coming to any goulds but this was my first time at the one in Collierville. It was really nice and the lady that did my nails was very nice. We talked about everything… I like that. I would defintely go back.
