After 1 ½ years I am loving this practice! I brought my daughter to get a physical here because she could not find a decent g.p. in St. Louis where she lives.

Gave it one star because it doesn’t allow for negative stars. The doctors here may be good but getting things like referrals out of the office staff is next to impossible. First off, most every time you call no matter what time of day it is they always transfer you to a voice mail system to leave a message. You have to call about 6 to 10 times before you can finally reach someone and i believe that they only finally talk to you because they are tired of answering the phone. My daughter called to get a referral she needed and they told her it was going to take 72 hours for a referral. My daughter told them«but she’s in pain now and needs a referral now, they said sorry that’s the way it goes. When she asked what she was suppose to do, they told her to go to the emergency room. So, she goes to the emergency room, gets admitted. Long story short, she needs a referral for a followup Dr appointment. The hospital after being transfered to voicemail several times gets to make her an appointment to pick up a referral. Two days later this place tells her she doesn’t need to come in for the referral they already faxed it that’s good right? Wrong. We get to the Dr office the referral is for and the referral is only half filled out. Now the referred Dr office has to call for the rest of the information gets transfered to voicemail several times gets annoyed also, calls again and tells them they cant keep sending her to voicemail mail she needs to get this referral complete. So we get delayed 35 minutes trying to get the referral filled out properly. Bottom line is the office staff at this practice is lazy and doesn’t want to do there job, at the very least they have little care for patient care. Its a shame, this could be a good practice if only the office staff would actually do their job to earn their pay.

I have been a patient of this practice at three different locations over 15 years. I currently see Dr. Bangalore in Germantown. He is pleasant, easy to talk too, and listens to my complaints. I love the patient portal where I can check my own lab results, send the doctor an email, and book appointments on-line.

I have been seeing Dr. Bangalore for years and he has been very nice but his staff is horrible and rude. This morning I tried to schedule an appointment for my sick fiancé and they wouldn’t accept a new patient appointment. When I asked about myself they had an open slot. I told them I work in healthcare and this seemed wrong to me and I was hung up on. The woman i spoke with explained new patient visits take longer. So basically, they eat up more time which is less money through the door. Not going back to a place that treats longtime patients this way and would rather profit financially then help someone who’s sick.

Terrible back office team. I wish I could rate the the rest of my experience but I’m out 200 dollars for a Wellness visit due to the absolutely sloppy work done by the billing department. Additionally, they argued with me telling me my Wellness visit(which was confirmed AS a Wellness visit by Donna at the actual doctor’s office 15 minutes before calling them) was NOT a Wellness visit but an office visit. I literally fought on the phone with the billing manager(Marta/Martha) for 15 minutes with her insisting that it was an office visit, coded correctly, and they’d do me a «favor» and code it another way(as a wellness visit and correctly) and resubmit to the insurance company, but she’s not even sure they’d pay it. As a Benefits Coordinator myself, I spoke to the insurance rep directly and confirmed that yes, they will pay it. They have a year from the date of service(confirmed by my insurance rep) and NOT3 months like Marta or Martha from this office continuously told me on the phone. It’s been nearly 2 months since she ‘resubmitted’ the claim and my insurance company still hasn’t received it. I doubt they actually resubmitted it and I’m not holding my breath for a refund as their previous work speaks for itself. If you want to use Dr. Hubbly/Dr. Bangalore see what other offices they work through or you’ll go through a headache and a half with their terrible billing procedures.

Dr. Hubbly is a terriffic doctor. She is kind, caring and LISTENS! Located across Observation and Germantown from Montgomery College Germantown campus. Initially, it is hard to find, and there is no directory on the Germantown Road side of the building. The difficulties of the location are the only reason I’m taking a star off.

this place is incredible hard to find with no signs or directories to tell you where it is. on top on that, I called to find the exact location but somehow they were CLOSED. thanks comprehensive for making me even more sick due to the stress of not knowing where the office was and waiting over an hour to be seen when the waiting room was EMPTY.
