Burger King

I occasionally visit here for take-​out breakfast. The service is prompt and efficient. The store is clean and appears to be well-​maintained. Overall I find their breakfast offerings to be the best choice among fast food options. This is based on freshness, food quality and price.

I’ve had good customer service the past few times I’ve been here. I think they’ve improved a lot over the past year in that sense. My most recent visit was today. The lady at the drive-​thru window was very polite and sweet. We got two orders of the chicken fries, plus regular fries and drinks. The fries were fresh, I got the correct sauces, everything was in the bag. I drove away happy. The chicken fries are really good.
I’ve only gotten delivery from this location once and they did a great job. They delivered to my work and everything was in order. Our whoppers were a little cold when they reached us, but it was winter so it wasn’t the driver’s fault.
I can’t comment on the inside of this BK. I don’t think I’ve ever actually been inside lol

I come here for the strawberry sundaes and every time I come here for the past six weeks all the ice cream maker has been broken. Not sure how true it is but hat is what they say to me. You can’t turn around in their drive through and you are stuck. They are truly nasty workers and seem to hate their jobs. The line is long and the service is even longer. I truly do hate this location.

This is the absolutely worst bk in the world. Don’t even try bk delivers. They’re slow and the customer service is absolutely annoying. Stay away.

Short and simply put: I came here because I was starving after a long Saturday night of partying, it was late, it’s close to my house and the Wendy’s drive-​thru line wasn’t moving at all.
First, the man at the window couldn’t speak English very well, so the ordering process between us was quite comical… dang, I should have video taped it. Secondly, the wait time at this particular location is ridiculously long. Always. Even when there’s only 2 cars. Other than that, I have no complaints about the food, I was at least satisfied with that. It worked out for what I needed at the time. I just wouldn’t suggest coming here if you’re on lunch break or in a hurry.

It’s nice but worst people iv ever had to deal with. Don’t even try to go inside in the morning. 3 times iv gone in and stood there for 5 mins or more at the register and have been completely ignored. So I walk out. This is not how to run a company. I always tell people not to go there.

Wife and I were feeling lazy, so we ordered Burger King delivery… Fast food delivery, seemed rather comical for a Friday night. Placed order at 6:43pm EST. Store manager finally calls at almost 9:54pm asking if we still want the order filled. I resisted the temptation to say yes and then just not answer the door.
Multiple calls to the restaurant went unanswered, a phone that conveniently has no voicemail. BK call center filed three tickets against the store for lack of service. Call center representative informed us that the store is fined for each ticket, and gave us the BK corporate number. Unfortunately, BK HQ is only open Mon-​Fri 9:00am-5:00pm CST. Yes, I am one of those people who will actually follow-​up to ensure accountability.

How do they not here the phone ringing!!! I’ve called more than 10 times, literally. And no answer. Can’t even cancel my order. Its been 2 hours and counting for a f****** order. -.- worst burger king EVER! Its amazing how badly you can suck at an easy job.

Once, no Twice again I’ve given them a chance. Tuesday it was 2 Big Kings for $ 5! No special sauce, ketchup and mustard instead. What did I get? 2 Big Kings, NO CHEESE, NO LETTUCE, NO KETCUP, NO MUSTARD, NO PICKLES, NOTHING!!! Just a Big Mac bun with two patties. Skip ahead to Friday September 12. I ordered 2 Double Cheeseburgers with ONIONS ADDED! I drove away and started eating. The first double cheeseburger was DRY! No pickles, no ketchup, no mustard, no onions! I turned around and brought back the second one… It had ketchup mustard and onions, but no picles or onions… I told the manager I won’t be back.

The worst BK. They mess up everything, I’ve been there 5 times, and the five times they mess up the order.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to pick up dinner for me and my husband cause I didn’t feel like cooking dinner tonight. But after what I saw, I wish I would have just gone home and made dinner! At least I would have know I wasn’t eating old moldy food.
Picked up two whoppers with fries and two apple pies. My husband had his apple pie and said his tasted funny. So you could imagine how grossed out I was when I opened my apple pie up and saw MOLD on it!!!
The scary thing is that when I went to post the pic here on Unilocal,it was even more disturbing to see that this is not the first time either!
C’mon BK, you can do better than that. Apple pies are $ 1…you really can’t afford to keep fresh ones in stock??? How cheap can you be?
Do yourself and your health a favor, stay away!!!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO.
I am writing this feedback in absolute, UTTER DISGUST in the middle of my meal.
As I was taking a bite out of my Avocado Whopper, I felt something strange in my mouth. I had a weird feeling about not being able to PROPERLY CHEW my burger. So when I had taken it out, I WAS HORRIFIED.
I saw that it was not just a single piece, but TWO. PIECES. OF. USED. BANDAGES. CROSSED OVER ONE ANOTHER. (***pictures in the photos***)
HOW is it that used PLASTIC BANDAGES get inside the middle of a freaking burger? This is CLEARLY an indication that the employees at this Germantown location do not believe in the use of gloves; let alone be aware of the word SANITATION itself. The mere thought of how many other burgers were prepared with the germ infested, CUT-​UP HANDS makes me want to barf. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE – fast food or not!
DO NOT COME HERE. This was a drive-​thru experience and with only 2 cars ahead of me, the order took way too long to come out. I live 3 minutes driving distance with this branch, and as I got home and opened my burger, it was cold. Ridiculous.
I’ll be praying I don’t get food poisoning.

This burger king lacks a lot of things. First of if you are in a retail establishment in the USA you should be able to comprehend English at a minimal level. Dont assume because I have dark hair and brown eyes that I speak Spanish. I dont. So the chick that took my order barely understood English and had to call the manager each time I was placing my order. The burgers are cold yuck. And I think they use a cheaper version of beef because its very salty. The whole sandwich was yuck because of it salty cold burger. Next, the fries were cold. Why pass off cold and old fries? You know I will go up to u and demand hot fries and dont roll ur eyes at me because Im asking for it.
The cinnabons! I was delighted to see them. That meant I didnt have to go to the mall to get my bons bons… But spare urself from these atrocious rolls. It seems like that popped open pillsbury cans of cinnamon rolls and lightly spread the frosting all over. If I want BK ill go to the one closer to MC or on Shady Grove Rd. This place is a disappointment and they have cashiers that doesnt understand English… What a waste of my time and money.

This would have been no stars at all if that were an option. I ordered an original chicken sandwich for delivery at this location along with other items for the family. Their food arrived to order but not very tasty. My sandwich came with moldy bread (picture is also posted in business photos). I called the BK headquarters and the lady was apologetic. She assured me a representative would call me back shortly. After not hearing from them after half an hour I called the restaurant itself. They did offer to send me a new sandwich but I refused. Chances are if one bun in the bag is moldy, so are the others. I did ask for a refund and they said I had to speak to the headquarters. I emailed them an hour later with the same complaint I called about including a picture of what I received and still 2 days later I have not heard from anyone from the Burger King franchise. I will not be visiting this or any other BK location again.

I have just spent 15 minutes in the drive-​through of this restaurant. And… there were only two (2) cars in front of me.
All I wanted was coffee. The guy who gave me coffee gave me coffee separately and creams separately in the bag. When I asked him to put creams in the coffee (because it’s rather difficult to do it in the car) he refused. His explanation was that he «is not a server».
Not only does it take forever to get though the drive-​though in this place but the service is non-​existent.
Go there at your peril.

Good for fast food. I would rather eat this then McDonalds. My go to fast food joint.
