Expensive wool coat left for dry cleaning at the Forest Hill location. After several weeks Bensingers sent out a reminder card, and 2 days later we arrived to pick up coat, but coat was found to be missing. Cleaners owner (Larry Adler) very difficult to get in touch with despite multiple voicemails and messages left with employees. As of phone conversation last week (more than 2 months after coat discovered missing), he refuses to take any responsibility for the missing/​stolen coat.
