The most relaxing massage I’ve ever received! The tension I carry in my body was relieved. She is very responsive to your needs. The atmosphere in her suite is very calming as well. I had the hot stone therapy massage, which I highly recommend. Heather is extremely professional and experienced. You’ll feel at ease as soon as you meet her, whether it’s your first massage or your hundredth.

I have ran into Heather at the Natural Grocers in Temple, TX. She’s there once a week and sets up her Chair Massages, it’s 15 minutes of bliss for $ 20. I have always wanted to try her services but could never fit it into my lunch schedule. On this day the stars were aligned — — I had some time to spare at lunch, the store wasn’t too busy and distracting, Heather didn’t have anyone waiting in line, and most importantly my back was aching and in desperate need of attention.
I signed in, she showed me how to properly get onto the massage chair. It’s a quality and sturdy piece of equipment — which was nice. Doesn’t rock too much and I felt very secure. After she made sure I was ergonomically correct and comfortable she started the massage. She also asked if there were any areas I would like her to focus on, I pointed out specific parts of my back that were in pain. She made sure to hit them all up and incorporated them into her overall standard regiment.
It was a relaxing and pleasant experience to say the least. Heather was very friendly, professional, and personable. She’s easy to talk to, competent, and also very sharp and intelligent. She massaged up and down the spine, over the shoulders, the neck, the arms, and finished off with the hands and fingers. Even though we got caught up in good conversation she kept a consistent pace and remained focused to ensure it was a quality massage. Next thing I knew we were finished and she was about ready to close shop — that was the only downer — all good things must come to an end. I think next time I’ll definitely add in an extra session because 15 minutes of Heather’s therapy just wasn’t enough. It was a potent experience that got me re-​energized and it definitely helped make this a relaxing lunch, I felt much better.
Excellent and thorough massage, very friendly and personable, and the best 15 minutes I’ve spent since I could remember. Heather rocks!
