Georgetown Alarm

Alright, here’s the deal. I don’t have Georgetown alarm service at my residence, this review is regarding the customer service I received.
My home builder contacted Georgetown alarm for me to get new service, my home builder explained that I wanted service ‘right away’. The owner tried contacting me but we never got in touch. A couple months went by, we put it off like everything else…
I found another company to come out and activate service.
I called Georgetown alarm first but we missed each other, when I got the call back I had already scheduled with the other guys.
But the guy from Georgetown was still very helpful even after I told him I was going with someone else. Stayed on the phone with me, answered a few questions and offered his help since he was the original guy who wired my home.
Who does that these days? I think tat was pretty awesome!
And what do you know, the other company called and had to cancel due to the technician calling in sick on Saturday morning. We will definitely be giving Georgetown a call to see if they can help us out. I have heard wonderful things about this company so give them a try if you’re in the market for an alarm!
