Atech Plumbing

These guys are really good. Came out on a day’s notice and removed, installed a grinder pump at our house. Very professional staff and it’s a small team so they are about giving good, competitive quotes, completing the work in a very timely manner and then letting you know they are available for support when needed. Great guys and give them a shot with anything that has to do with plumbing, septic, pumps, etc.

Joe and his team were prompt, professional, and priced fairly. They added propane lines to our home and replaced our old tank style water heater, moving it up to the attic and freeing up a closet. They took pride in the quality of the work and immediately addressed any issues I raised. They did some other projects around the house and were kind enough to point out what I could do myself for significantly less cost than their hourly rates. Will definitely use again.

I am doing a bathroom remodel, and I’m learning as I go. I had grand ambitions to replace the tub all on my own without any help. Well shortly after patting myself on the back for how great of a plan that was, I realized that it was going to be much harder than I thought. Tubs don’t have a standard drain location, and my drain was going to need to move a few inches. That meant breaking through the concrete slab, replacing the drain, and refilling with concrete. I decided this wasn’t for me.
I called around and got the number to Atech plumbing, because they specialize in remodeling projects (I called other plumbers and they don’t all do the demolition/​remodel work like getting into the slab and refilling with concrete). Joe was quick to reach out to me after I left a message, and he scheduled to come by only a couple business days later for a quote. I thought the quote was fair, and he actually was able to do the work later that day. Perfect! He had his team come by and they knocked out the project in about 3 hours (can’t remember the exact time — but that sounds about right). The old tub and walls around the tub were already removed, but they broke through to the drain, added a new drain, refilled it with concrete, replaced my shower piping, moved the shower head up to a better height, installed my new shower valve, and installed my new tub (with ledger board and everything).
By the time they were finished, the tub was essentially ready to go. Now it’s on me to put the walls back up and tile so I can actually use the tub.
I would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbers, especially those who are doing similar remodel work.

My aunt insisted I get some plumbing issues in my house looked at even though I thought they were a lost cause. She found Joe Arce’s info and set up the appointment and I met with him without high hopes on accomplishing anything. But he came all the way out to our house and was able to give me a lot of information about what our various problems were. I was really impressed by how knowledgeable he was and how good at explaining his reasoning for the assessments he made without cutting a single hole in our walls, as past plumbers have had to do. He was straightforward about the enormity and potential costs of fixing the issues, so it was kind of worst-​case-​scenario as I originally thought, but now that I’ve found Joe I’m starting to think that doing the large scale plumbing re-​haul would be worth it because I’d be confident that it was done well. He seriously was able to diagnose several problems just listening to what I said and turning on a few taps, whereas past plumbers have billed thousands of dollars to go into the walls and halfway fix other issues and still only give us vague explanations of the underlying problems we have going on in our house.
When I decide to actually have him do the work, I’ll come back here and update, but I’m just so impressed with just the initial meeting and interaction with him that I was prompted to write a review immediately.

I had an excellent experience using Atech to repair/​replace circulation pumps. They replied quickly to my call, provided complete information about the problem and options an estimate. The guys who came out to do the repair did a great job. And it was all done the day that I called.

Met Joe through my realtor a few months ago and he came out at no charge to talk about my foundation/​plumbling issues. He spent at least an hour of his time explaining what is going on with our house. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. So after my foundation repair was done, he was was my first and only choice for my plumbing to be repaired and it was a big job. His crew completed the job in a week and were great to work with and talk to. All of them nice, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Joe also saved us thousands of dollars. I highly recommend Joe and his crew.

Everybody knows it’s hard to find a contractor you can trust. Well when it comes to plumbing, the search is over. Joe Arce is a top notch professional. He’s friendly, highly knowledgable, and honest. I’d gladly work with him again.
Joe came out to my house because I have roots invading some pipes near a tub. The plan was originally to send a camera down the and have a look. After asking a few questions and inspecting the drain in the tub, Joe told me that there’s no need to use the camera. He was sure the roots were the issue and that using the camera would be a waste of my time and money.
On top of that he took the time to explain to me what the situation was with the roots, where they likely were, and what my options were to treat the situation. He even drew my diagrams.
If you have plumbing needs, Atech is a great choice. Highly recommended.

Joe and his crew are the best! Highly professional, on-​time, super courteous, patient with answering our questions, communicative (i.e. they tell you before they turn the water off), quiet, and clean with their job. During our home remodeling project they completed major work in our kitchen, utility and master bath. Joe himself went above and beyond the call in completing the job, as he says, «its the right thing to do». Just a stand up business owner and person.
He even referred us to plumber he trusts in case we ever need emergency 24 hour help. If you are planning to do any kind of remodeling job, ONLY get A-​Tech plumbing with Joe and his crew on your team.

Joe was a pleasure to speak to. I needed a plumber ASAP or so I thought. I spoke to Joe over the phone and he explained everything to me. It turned out I didn’t need a plumber after-​all but he was still willing to talk me through everything and even offered to continue to consult even though I didn’t need to hire him. Very professional! Next time I have a plumbing issue I know who to call.

Did a master bath remodel and Joe and his crew were awesome. They were both responsive and flexible. They showed up on time, cleaned up, and did very high quality work. I highly recommend ATech!

I can not say enough great things about the work that Joe and his team did for our bathroom remodel. We took a second floor walk-​in closet and converted it to a second bathroom. The complexity involved in the plumbing had other plumbers looking to re-​plumb up through the attic, but Joe had the expertise to avoid a costly and destructive re-​plumb. Joe and his team are super friendly and very clean in the work they do. Our inspector made a comment after the rough-​out inspection that this was one of the most profession and cleanest looking plumbing jobs that hey had ever seen. I give Joe and team 6 stars and would recommend them anytime.

Joe and his crew are great! I had a major issue with a plugged sewer pipe. The first company I called told me the repair was going to cost anywhere from $ 425 to $ 6,000 and wouldn’t know which until they started the work! Joe came out and gave me a solid price for fixing the leak. His crew was professional and I felt much more comfortable with their expertise than with the other company. They did an awesome job!
I was also having trouble with water pressure at outdoor spigots. Joe came out and of course the water pressure was fine that day so nothing needed to be done. He didn’t even charge me for the call!

Our family would like to recommend Joe Arce as a plumber, and more specifically as master plumber/​leak detector officionato. Joe was recommended to us by a friend back in September when we needed a plumber to inspect 1966 cast iron pipes for breakage or damage before buying an old house. Many months later, we had a mystery flood throughout the downstairs and Joe came back over to our aid and rescue. He was able to diagnose where the water came from and helped us figure out what may have caused such a huge surge to come out of the pipes in the first place. Well, his diagnosis was right and a few hours and some roto-​rootering later our system was unclogged and back in action.
Joe was very professional, punctual, and seemed to care about our best interests rather than his bottom line. When it is finally time to update our ancient bathrooms we will be calling Atech for sure.
