Definitely worth the stop in Georgetown! I really enjoyed the chicken fried steak with home fries. Great local atmosphere!

Unexpectedly closed early for undisclosed reasons for our first visit. We came back because we read the reviews. Four tables and a eating bar inside, one table outside. It’s very small and personal. The service is very good. The food is very high quality. We ordered french toast, huevos rancheros, and country breakfast burrito. In our group things like«this is amazing» «this is fantastic» were uttered as we ate. Already looking forward to coming back.

Delicious, fresh, made to order breakfast. This was a great find in the mountains! And they open early.

This place is da Bomb! We’re heading westbound from Denver and stopped by this place to grab a quick bite. The breakfast dishes are so good! Biscuits and gravy have a nice spice from the sausage. And the thick cut bacon is right on point. Don’t forget to order the home fries, they’re wonderful. Worth the stop!

This was a great find ! A $ 20 blackened flat iron steak for $ 9. My husband & I inqiured. About where to eat at a local gas station. Simultaneously 3 people piped out The Whistle Stop ! Hands down(eat where the locals eat) that’s the best advice ! Automatically the waitress fellow patrons. Made you feel welcome. Looking around at the plates. We knew we hit a jack pot. Everything was so great best part of our day. Met the Chef, A gentleman went 40 miles out of his way on his motorcycle. To show us back roads. To avoid standstill traffic ! On I-25. Made it to my meeting on time in Denver. I will never pass Georgetown again. Without stopping to eat. Even if I’m not hungry ! Everything is the real deal in love !

Sweet little café off I-70 in Georgetown. Only 4 tables & counter service. Fueled up here on our way to the slopes. Super friendly service, good food, and a bright cozy atmosphere. Recommend anything smothered in pork green chili. Great home fried potatoes. Eggs Benedict special on Thursdays. Only downside was the coffee.

This place doesn’t look like much, but the service and the food were AWESOME! We had coffee, the Georgetown omelet smothered in green chile, and a pancake short stack. Delish!!! It’s the kind of joint where you should share your table with strangers, especially if it’s busy. Shout out to the New Mexico & Texas visiting snowboarders we got to chat with over breakfast :)

Cute little spot for breakfast! The manager/owner is such a sweet lady and the food is great! No too expensive either. I recommend the French toast, or the biscuits and gravy. YUM!

Breakfast was fantastic! A cozy morning stop to kick-off an epic day on the slopes. The bacon was perfectly crispy, the eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were tender and the sourdough bread was de-licious. The generous servings easily kept us going until our late afternoon lunch. We were there early, and nabbed an open table right when we walked in the door. This is our new regular stop on the way to the slopes!

Traditional breakfast is fantastic. Green chili is spot-on, served with chorizo and cheddar cheese. Link sausages are fat, juicy, and delicious. Coffee is okay(no non dairy milks, but they do have Stevia packets). Service is fairly quick and everything is cooked fresh, to order. Recommended!

Stopped here on our way up to the mountains after seeing all the great reviews on Unilocal. Our breakfast was okay and we got out of there for under $ 25 for two people, so that was nice, but I don’t think this place is 5 star worthy. My bacon was overdone and the potatoes were almost raw. The biscuit was also very disappointing. I’d try somewhere else on my next trip.

Stopped in for breakfast with the kids on way back from skiing in Dillon area. Rachel our server who also was the owner was so warm hearted kind and made an average stop at a café an unbelieveable breafast. Kids got the choc chip HUGE pancakes and hot cider with real cinammon sticks. Darling must stop café… mostly locals including the local sheriffs. Great top notch service. breath of fresh air… we will be back.

I came for breakfast and sat outside(which I don’t recommend, as you may be forgotten, as I was). The food was delicious — watch out for that ghost pepper cheese! It’s yummy but HOT! And yes, I understand that this is stating the obvious when ghost pepper is involved. The server was a sweetheart and felt bad that my coffee sat empty two times and that she forgot the things I asked for. It was busy inside, I was the only one outside and she was the only one serving, so I didn’t let it effect my experience(or her tip — she did the best she could). The portions are large and I couldn’t finish it all so got the rest to go. It was great for bfast the next morning!

Small, but perfect! They were so nice and welcoming, plus the food was great. I had the veggie wrap with fruit and my husband got the blt wrap with crinkle fries– the best kind of fry by the way.

Great food & quality People. This is a quaint little shop located off of 70. I was having a rough go on a trip and getting car repairs one day, and the gal who worked there was so incredibly kind. It meant the world to me, and the blackened chicken sandwich was fantastic. Thanks so much for the hospitality.

I’d like to give my compliments to the chef. Simply most perfect breakfast. Anyone can make an egg — but it takes talent and lots of practice to make it perfectly. Its surprising that in our morning/early-riser obsessed culture the apex of culinary skill is judged by dinner dishes — there really should be a Beard Award breakfast category, and the person working the kitchen on one morning June 19, 2015 should definitely be nominated. Highly recommend the USGE — like I said before everything was perfect.

This place is small, but, don’t let that full you! The breakfast here is awesome. Applewood bacon, rye toast, French toast, and eggs! The best I have had anywhere. I have been to many a breakfast house as I journey from CA to Delaware and back! This is the return part of the trip. If you are ever on the I70 and happen by Georgetown in the Colorado Rocky Mountains — don’t drive by this place without stopping… You will miss out on a real gem! :-) Service is top notch too!
