Lakeview Resorts

First of all, you cannot judge this place for being a little run down. This is a cheaper town mainly for families who are coming for a small get away. It can’t really be compared to a very nice resort. Do not come here if you expect perfection. The houses are nice, not crazy nice, but fun for a weekend get away. The people here are pretty cool and understanding. One year a skunk sprayed and they gave us the house across the street that was actually bigger for no extra charge! It is a bit of a family vacation/​biker town so there are a lot of drunks, but usually the cops stay on top of it without bothering anyone. It’s a really cute place to stay, and although the lake is a little rocky, overall it is very nice for what you are paying.
