Sonic

This is probably the slowest sonic I have ever been to. I waited well over ten minutes in line just to get a drink. No food, just a drink. The staff wasnt very friendly at the window. They seemed stressed and annoyed.
In the end the drink I got wasnt even my drink. Not a fun moment to realize when you take a sip and its a flavor you really dislike.
I wouldnt recommend stopping in here unless you were starving to death. The wait is too long and the service is horrible.

My boyfriend and I stopped by for a «quick» dinner. Big mistake. We ordered two combos, when the carhop brought our food to us she didn’t bring our sides with it, and had no idea that the sides weren’t in the bag. When we tell her about it she says she’ll go get it real quick, almost ten minutes later she returns with it, then I have to inform her they also did not make my burger right. Everything was right on the receipt so I don’t understand why everything was messed up. Manager was very nice, fixed our food and refunded me my money and gave us a coupon book. Which of course made us happier about the situation but was still mind blowing, ridiculous.

It should not take 20 minutes to make three drinks. This is the worst sonic I have ever been to, they have the slowest service.

Well it’s not clean, there not friendly, I think they hate there job. The good part is there’s a drive threw, I’ll stick with the drinks thx

They don’t like answering the button push. Waste of time. Second Sonic I’ve run into that do this. Drive thru was moving, but don’t stop and try to get food the traditional way. Irritating. Running off customers.

I don’t know why these reviews below me are so low. I suppose things have changed now because this sonic is fast! Their food is always hot and fresh. The lady in the drive through is always friendly and takes my order without having to repeat myself. I’m in and out pretty quickly. Thanks for everything!

I used the drive-​thru for this visit because it was very cold outside and did not want a carhop having to face that.
I placed an order for 2 drinks and a 5 piece Cheesecake Bite. My total with 2 coupons for 99c Route 44 drinks and a 5pc Cheesecake Bite was over $ 14.00… WHAT???
When I got to the window the kid had put in 5 LG Cheesecake Bites, and not a 5 piece Cheesecake Bite. He also had extra ice in a drink with NO ice, and could not figure out how to use the coupons. After a few failed attempts, I asked if he could void the order and start over. Yes, let’s try that. Finally a total of $ 5 & change came up. I was satisfied with the total, but was not given back the Coke that was being fixed. After 15 minutes on a trip that normally takes 2, and I crying baby in the back seat, I was not a happy camper. I sat there and finally he opened the window and asked if there was a problem, as he handed me my Coke. UGH

Worst service. I live right down the street and its convenient but ill never go back. I’ve been going for several years thinking that the service would improve but it never has. This is the worst Sonic in the area
