Food is great obviously. But wish the inside service was as fast as the drive through. When I dine in it takes for ever to get to order, but the drive through is moving at warp speed.

Good food, clean location, with quick service. An employee often walks the drive-​thru lane traffic to take orders, and this saves a lot of time — plus it probably increases the accuracy of the order taking process. (Nice touch!) We’ll be back.

This particular Chick-​fil-​A location is excellent. The staff here is very friendly and call you by name if you go in often enough! The owners are very generous and have done a lot for the community of Rowlett. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Chickens that are filleted? Absolutely! Fast service and always good hot food! I come here regularly with my family. It’s always clean and easy in and out. It can be busy but that’s every chick fil a for you!

I’m fairly new to eating at Chick-​fil-​A resturants, so I don’t know if my experience has been the norm, but it has been excellent so here is my review.
I’ve been to the Chick-​fil-​A in Rowelett on Lakeview Parkway (Texas 66) a couple of times now and the service has been exemplary every time. Everybody working there has been helpful, polite and genuine. Thankfully I enjoy the food too because I will be back many more times.
