Not the same service since one particular rep left this location. I hate I didn’t get her name but I think I sent so much because she was so helpful. As soon as I get the name of the sorry, unhelpful little girl I got today, I’ll be back to finish up this review…

I know people usually don’t write alot about chains. But since I frequent here so much and because I think it should be noted when you are treated so well consistently by people who work hard I want to give due.
My hair has had many changes over the past years and finding the right product for what phase my hair decides it wants to be in can be touch. However, Rose who is the manager at Sally Beuaty Supply has saved me from wasting a lot of money and best — she knows a lot about the products and how they work.
There have been some hits and misses but that is what it is. However, she’s helped me pick some really good products that have worked very well and were in my budget. The fact that she could actually explain what it was and offer valuable feedback was the best.
Her assistant manager Sandra is also really good. They will tell you the truth about the products and they stay in touch with their customers so you can get good feedback. I have had many conversations with other customers when we are there so it’s a good place to stop by and check things out.
