I wish I could rate a negative value. Worst hair experience ever.
1. I booked my appointment a week in advance online, yet she was STILL unprepared when I arrived.
2. She had to leave me in the shop while she went to the hair store to get some glue.
3. Apparently she doesn’t actually know how to do a quick weave even though its on her list of services.
4. She didn’t even know how to do a closure, unbeknownst to me she bought a closure piece to attach to the top of my head.
5. A child can cut hair better than her. SMDH!
6. My end result was her washing out this horrifc quick weave BUT she proceeds to tell me that i have to pay her for her time??? AND if i came back she would give me a whole $ 5 discount.
7. She charges tax.
I wasted hours for a simple quick weave. Don’t waste your time or money on this lady.

I have been having this penchant for braids since like October. But adding to that + indecisiveness + laziness on the weekends + lack of go get’ em juice = nada. But oh no, that day was the day. I started calling at 8am on a Monday to see who would be able to take me now and do a damn good job at that. A couple of series of uneventful phone tag and a not so good feeling from a walk-​in braid salon directed me back to a Google search.

I was more than in luck. I think I put it out there in the universe that I needed a stellar hair experience on a short notice. It was like seeing a fire rainbow… highly unlikely but it did!
From jump and ’til the last flick of her wrist, Chasity was everything I wanted and more. She was very patient and thorough with me. I did not know what braid style I wanted so she really talked me through during the consultation and showed me pics of the work she had done according to the styles I was interested in. She even braided me a sample so I could literally see how it would look on me before I fully committed. I really appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Any thing I was concerned about, she made sure she answered it, offered a solution and helped me weigh my options.
I plan to go back again and again. Her prices are very reasonable and the work is high quality. I highly recommend you give this young professional a try. It would be regrettable if you didn’t. I believe she specializes in braids, locs, and natural hair.
I can’t say it enough how happy I am!!! I’ve been getting lots of compliments. The experience was 5 star and I am super honest and super tough when it comes to customer service. My mom and sis are up next!
So the moral of the story is… I am a go-​getter. I got get it and I bring it back.
Open Mondays. .closed Tuesdays but may accomodate if possible with reaonable upcharges for off days, off hours or last minute emergencies.

Chastity is amazing! She has a new location opening in the Salons at Bella Suites at Firewheel Mall. She specializes in natural hair and offers all sorts of services at affordable prices. She is also one of the few SIsterlock technicians in the area. She installed Marley twists for me and it took 4 hours! She made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. If you’re looking to get your hair done anytime soon, don’t hesitate to call Chastity! She will have you walking out looking FABULOUS!
