Burger King

If I could leave less stars, I would. This location is horrible. They shut down the drive thru for «shift changes» and they change the time they do it every night. Once it was 10:00, the next it was 9:00, another was 11:00. And during one of those times, I was stuck in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes. There was 4 cars ahead of me and 3 behind me. And they still didn’t even take my order. By the time they were done and the line started moving, I stopped at the window. The girl stood there like she didn’t want to help me. When she saw I wasn’t leaving, she opened the window and asked me what I wanted. I asked her why they had to shut down everything, she just rolled her eyes and said because it was the start of her shift. Like, seriously? Doesn’t matter what business it is, no body shuts everything down during a shift change. I have never heard of that. Anyways, I complained about the wait and how I was stuck there. She didn’t care, she just said «well, I can take orders now, so what do you want?» I said I didn’t want a damn thing from her. She closed the window. I yelled out to talk to a manager, nothing happened. Yeah… And that’s just the drive thru. The inside is just as bad. I could list dozens and dozens of stories there. I hate this location, I’d rather drive farther to the one on Jupiter and Northwest Hwy. which is a shame cause I only live 5 minutes from this one.

It says «Have it your way» all over the place. I just asked for grilled onions. Guess not!!! We get what we pay for. Ha!

this was the worst BK experience of my life and I love BK. They got all the orders wrong like they couldn’t be bothered to read the screen. I asked for un-​sweet tea and they gave me sweet tea which is fine except I’m a diabetic. I ordered three kids meals and they couldn’t even put the right amount of chicken nuggets. One of my kids only got three nuggets. The fries were stale and cold. And my burger was basically still frozen. The kids got no toys in their kids meals and I can assure you that I will never eat there again. Change the night crew or fix the manager the teenaged girls working the store were too busy on their phones to do their job. Seriously pissed off about this. You try explaining to 5 year old triplets where their toys are and why their food is awful, until this day they loved BK. Now I listen to chants of never eat at burger king again.

I got the honey BBQ chicken strips combo. The food was warm and well cooked, it kind of took them longer than other fast food restaurants. But other than that really nice people and they are patient.
