Best in Show Collision Repair

Jason at JPEuro referred me to Mike and his team at Best in Show to repair a severe dent in my Mini’s rear bumper. My wife and I dropped the car off for an estimate and unfortunately I had to leave town suddenly before I got the quote. Wasn’t crazy about my wife having to deal with the negotiations, but as it turns out, I had nothing to worry about as Mike dealt with my wife fairly and honestly. Great price and even better quality! The bumper looks brand spanking new! We initially weren’t going to get the whole bumper painted, but since the guys at BIS are perfectionists they painted the whole bumper at no extra charge and honored the original quote (that didn’t include painting). Means a lot to me that they didn’t allow a product to leave their shop that wasn’t right. It’s been a couple of months and our Mini’s bumper still looks great, proving the quality work BIS does. Our Matrix needs a little paint touch-​up and our BMW needs some repairs to the mechanicals for the convertible top. Needless to say, I am sold on BIS and will be taking all my body and trim work to them in the future. Thanks Mike! This is a great body shop! They made my Acura with front collision damage look good as newThe staff is great at what they do and worked with my insurance company so I didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg!

Had my hood repaired and I’m really disappointed. The hood underlining is practicality ruined and windshield wipers are broken. I talked to Ron and he was very defensive but agreed to look at it.
I’m hoping they make it right and I’ll repost a more positive review. Fyi the car was practically brand new.

Very good shop. They went over-​and-​above to work with a difficult Ins. Co. — do you hear me F_​e7 L0y^(?) The shop manager drove me to Enterprise (about a mile away) so I could get on with my day. When I came back — the shop has an arrangement with Enterprise — I just picked up my car and went my way. Yes, I’d use them again :)

Best in Show did all the paint and body work on my Viper. The rear bumper, front bumper and rocker panels were re-​painted and clear-​bra was put on this week. They actually installed the clear-​bra while the front bumper was off the car which is ideal. Best in Show did an AWESOME job on the paint!!! Highly recommend Best in Show which are also North Texas Viper Club club sponsors. Mike and Ron at Best in Show do outstanding work and are also awesome to work with. My Viper is better than NEW!!! Friendly staff, awesome work, and the best price in town! I have had 3 repairs done, car looks great! They always wash and clean your car after as well, great final touch.
