TOGO’S Sandwiches

The girls that work here are so rude, terrible customer service they don’t look you in the face, they don’t say thank you. almost like your a bother to them. then I told mgr. or owner (bald headed guy) and he dismissed me also I’m calling the corporate store to complain. .the bad attitudes ruined my lunch

Friendly, fast, clean and delicious! Love the sandwiches tried the Asian chicken salad one of the best I’ve ever had!!!

Just had the worst experience at this togo’s. Any togo’s I go to when something isn’t made correctly I get it replaced for free. This store doesn’t even have a manager on duty after 2pm. How is that even right? Anyplace you go should and does have a manager on duty AT ALL TIMES! I order online so I don’t have to waste time in the store and in traffic. For convenience. They gave me one slice of meat in my sandwich and they will replace it but expect me to bring the sandwich THEY messed up whenever I decide to come back in. I might not go for a week and you still expect me to have an old sandwich sitting in my car to exchange it for a new one. So I get to starve & I paid for this messed up sandwich and then go back another day with an old sandwich? How does that even make sense to you??? Ridiculous is what it is. Will contact the manager tmrw since he gets to be off by 2 and not have another manager on staff. & wont ever return here if he had nothing better to say. Seriously ridiculous.

I tried them once it was good tried them another time it was fine I tried them again it was horrible I give up… never again

Closed at 640 pm wow what a bummer really wanted a Italian sub, guess they choose when they want to leave

It’s edible, but won’t be seeing me there again. Wanted something other than subway but this is not as good and at a higher price!

This place is filthy. Walked in on windy evening and there was dirt and leaves all over the floor it was a mess napkins everywhere. Girls behind the counter complained about wanting it to be 9already so they can go home, in front of customers. Saying they already cleaned and are ready to go. Cleaned, where??? They were very inattentive to us while we were trying to order, they were more concerned with complaining to each other… Wish I could give it no stars. Togos hire people that actually are greatful to have employment. There are people that would be so thankful for this job these girls are complaining about!!!

I like their food but they mess things up all the time I come here. Forgetting to include the salad dressing, forgetting to put in utensils and/​or napkins, chunks of stale lettuce (supposed to be shredded) in salad, to name a few. Torrance location doesn’t seem to be much better, but I would go to Torrance instead. Price seems to be higher than the Torrance location too.

I gave this place one star for the simple fact that they aren’t open during the hours they say they are open.

First and last time coming here hopefully all togos aren’t like this! Hopefully nobody else’s sandwich looks like mine

Here’s a tip. If you’re trying to order catering, don’t do it early. I ordered catering online for a future date. I showed up at the specified time and the employees had no idea that they had an order to fill. Basically, there’s no one making sure that the hand-​offs were clear. There was a printed piece of paper taped above the computer/​register, but that was it. Miscommunications.
To the workers’ credit, they busted their asses to make the order, but I was delayed 30 minutes (could’ve been worse I guess) getting to my luncheon.

This is not an indictment against their product, it’s about their customer service, or lack thereof. I phone in orders for pickup on my way to work and the girls who work there are 0 for 3. It’s been the same experience all three times I’ve tried to order from them. All three times I’ve called about 20 – 30 minutes in advance. When I arrive I stand at the pickup counter only to be ignored by 3 – 4 chatting girls who don’t acknowledge me until they realize that I’m not going anywhere. Then, when asked my name, I’m given a look of pure confusion while they rummage around looking for my order only to find out that they haven’t even begun to make it. I understand an off day here and there but this place is incompetence personified. Done with this place. God help us all if these people get the 15 $ an hour that they are clamoring for.

I never used to come here, but started coming because I moved a block away. My mom loves this place, but because I don’t eat any chicken, beef or pork, I was never fond of anything here. I tried their tuna, but I didn’t like it. Then I tried their viva veggie wrap!!! Oh my goodness! That wrap is soooo good, it has me coming ever so often for more. It is wrapped in a spinach wrap or gluten free wrap (upon Request) and contains hummus, lettuce, tomato, red peppers, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. DEFINITE RECOMMENDATION for vegetarians or veggie lovers

This was my first time here yesterday and the food was delicious. I had a salad wrap ! So much food for the buck $ well worth it. The only thing was the service, I was in there and no one acknowledge me. There were 2 girls working one was busy and the other wasn’t doing nothing anything and then someone else walked in the door and that person was helped right away, they totally skipped me. The other nice girl who was busy said she’d help me so I didn’t walk away. I really like the food but the team needs to improve their customer service !

The customer service is horrible! I will never go to this togos again! The staff seem like they were mad about being there.

Mmmmmm, togos. I prefer this place over Subway any day! It is a bit pricier than Subway but then again you get what you pay for.
I always get the turkey avocado, #24 and it never disappoints! Ask for extra peppercinis for a kick! So good I can’t even put it into words lol
They recently changed their daily specials which is a bummer! I remember pastrami Mondays *sigh*. Now Mondays special is turkey & cranberry… Little sketch about that one.
All in all I love togos! I’d recommend this spot if you’re on a lunch break and would like something hella tasty and fresh! :)

I used to come here all the time. But the last time I went in I found turquoise mold inside my sourdough bread. Never went back again.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. I dislike the fact that I can’t see how they make the food like subway, but comparing their food to theirs; Togo’s tops it! I love their veggie spinach wrap with added chicken.

The perfect lunch spot for great quality sandwich. They have $ 3 mini classics, but it’s not that mini. It’s plentiful even for me. Try the pepper jack pastrami on wheat. Amazing.
Togo’s quality of food is most definitely higher than subways.

Need a quick bite which will fill you up and easy on the pocket? Then call and place your order take out order at this Togo’s location which is located on the corner by Von’s.
In the mood for Thanksgiving? They have you covered with #5 turkey and cranberry 6″ $ 5.75. The sandwiches are made fresh and you basically add your favorite toppings and choice of bread. I also ask them to remove the bread filling and they do it without hesitation.
The staff work quickly and make your order with a smile. Ample amount of parking and seating inside.
Throw me under the Subway, I’ll always pick Togo’s over them!
