Ordered from here a few times. Some months ago they messed up on my order. Of course I called spoke to a girl, who didn’t want to give me her name and was advised that they would credit me for the next time I ordered. I asked how could they possibly know how to credit me and she stated«well we can put a note under your name next time you order with your name.» Well I’ve ordered a few more times and of course not to my surprise they had no such NOTE. Ok, moving on to today. I did an online order and had gone to pick up my Pizza order. My order was ready but the girl who charged me looked lost. She asked what it was that I had ordered again? THANKGOD I HADMYEMAILCONFIRMATION, went over the order with her and she brought it to the front. As the same girl proceeded to charge me she asked if I had cash(which I really don’t carry) so of course I politely answer no, I asked why and she said because their credit card system was down. She called on some guy(maybe manager/supervisor) and he told her to basically re order my exact food so I would be able to pay with my card? Saw her slide my card on a credit swiper and vuala I pay for my food. Ok, now I should’ve opened up the pizza boxes. BUT I get home I opened up the boxes and saw that THEYDIDNOTPUTDOUBLEPINEAPPLEAS requested per my online order. FUNNYTHOUGH when I look at the details of the box it states DOUBLEPINEAPPLE. I GOTTRIPPLEPEPPERONI instead. I quickly called the store and advised what had happened and OFCOURSETHEY tell me they couldn’t deliver me a new one and they would credit me for a pizza when I ordered again. I explained to her how that was said to me before. All in all she ended up repeating the same thing so I told her that I would Unilocal them. But not only will I do that. I taking this to corporate. I’m in the service business, CUSTOMERSARENUMBER1. I took pictures so I can send them to corporate.

Horrible customer service! I placed an order for delivery at 8:20 pm and was not delivered. I had to go pick up my order after speaking to manager several times on the phone and every time he will say, «the driver is close to your place» he’ll be there in a few minutes. He offered to give me a refund after the 3rd time I called, but never apologize or offered to send a replacement. When I arrived to pick up my order, the Manager did not even acknowledge that I was there even though I asked to know who he was. Him and his colleagues where making jokes about the driver taking an hour and a half to make a delivery. NOCUSTOMERSERVICEWHATSOEVER!

WOW! Sooooooo BAD!!! Ordered online and pizza tracker said pizza was ready. Came in, 4 diff workers said they were looking for the order. They obviously WERENOT. The pizza wasn’t even in the oven. Waited an extra 20 min. No apology from staff or anything. Most ridiculous experience ever.

If I could give this place a negative I would. I placed a phone order an hour and a half ago and when I called they first couldn’t find my order, then they asked if I lived in the back house and I said yes to which they replied, «our driver couldn’t find the house so he brought pizza back.» I asked why didn’t the driver call they said he did but my phone never rang. This was the second time I had called because you won’t give you the time of day unless you say you ordered your pizza over two hours ago. I wish this negative review would either improve their customer service or decrease their clientele but by the looks of it this place still manages to be open.

I ordered one pizza and a set of 8 wings online. When I went to pick up the order there were many people waiting for their order as well. We all waited and waited. 45 minutes later my pizza and wings were ready. I then drive to my house 5 minutes away to find that the chicken wings were cold and that the half meat and half veggie pizza was more like ¾ meat and ¼ veggie. Never Again! Don’t do it!

I went to their store at a little past 6 on Sunday, May 17. I ordered a large, Brooklyn-style pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. The bill came to $ 12.80 and I gave the girl manning the counter $ 20. After looking at the register and then my $ 20 bill, she told me «Sir, I’m sorry but I have no change. «I said, «You should get some.» She said, «Maybe you could get some change at Smart & Final(which was just nearby.» I said, «Maybe you should get it at Smart & Final. This is a retail food business, I am the customer, that’s not my responsibility, that’s yours.» She said, «Sir, I’m in charge of the store and I can’t leave.» I looked at at least three of her co-workers who were just watching us, «Ok, you’re in charge of the store, then send one of your people to get some change.» She started talking to one other girl(who said the word«butthole» several times and I hope she wasn’t referring to me). She flashed the $ 20 bill in front of me and said, «I’m sorry sir I have no change .» I finally said, «Just cancel the order. This is weird. If the owners heard about this they will not be happy,» and took back my $ 20. It’s not like I handed over a $ 100 bill and expected to get change. It was a $ 20 bill for a $ 12.80 pizza! These people need to be trained in the basics of good customer service(or get another kind of job). I won’t be around to find out though because you’ve lost my business forever. Is it possible to not even give one star to post this review?

I ordered my pizza through the phone which was 2 medium pizza for 5.99 and a chicken Alfredo pasta one was ham and pineapple and the other was suppose to be pepperoni and sausage instead they gave me pepperoni and olives!!! When she repeated the order to me she said it right so why they gave me that idk next time make sure to check your pizza before you leave the place!!!

I ordered online and my order was processed quickly which I truly appreciate, but my pizza was burnt and didn’t seem fresh. What’s so hard about delivering fresh pizza and wings. I wouldn’t mind waiting 30 – 40 minutes for a fresh made pizza. Come on guys let’s do better for your customers before you lose them

The service from this Gardena location Has improved immensely and I think that’s awesome. Well done! I just ordered online and it was easy– user friendly. Also when I deal with the staff, I no longer get rude, dull, and monotonous tones; they also seemed impatient and sassy. The food was late and dry. I wouldn’t be able to enjoy my food. I felt compelled to call corporate because I was disappointed and stuck since they could only deliver to me. Corporate handled the matter professionally but since it’s a franchise there was little they could do. It primarily came down to the owner. Now, the staff seem courteous and professional. The pizzas are better prepared with the right amount of sauce. I’m not sure what happened but their service Has turned around. I’m really glad. I will definitely order again.

If I could rate a zero I would! Nobody greeted me when I walked in but the girl did go to the register and look at me waiting me for me to order. I said hello and ordered. I got xtra chicken, olives and mushrooms. When I came back 15 mins later and opened my pizza. I asked was this extra chicken and she said yes. I said maam theres 1 to 2 pieces on each slice. Isnt that the amount on regular chicken? Another lady was handing her money to the cashier for her order and smiled until… the cashier said what do you want me to do about it? The girl took her money back and said your rude im not ordering here! I said I want it made how I asked. She told me to wait another 15mins. I was offered a free pizza to redeem next time. I left displeased for sure. She lost 2 customers that day! Smh

Overall, this Dominoes is horrible. They did not welcome me as I walked in and I was ignored until I called for the cashier. The pizza was not the greatest and the ingredients lacked freshness. I recommend that you check your pizza before taking it since they sometimes forget to slice it(according to the customer who ordered before me). I generally don’t recommend this place unless you cannot find any other pizza areas nearby. Another note, they charge money for pepper packets(1 dollar to be exact) while places like Pizza Hut gives them out for free.

Beware! This Dominos will serve you old pizza! I placed an order online and when it came, I thought it was weird that I received two different size pizzas. I ordered 2 mediums, which one of them was a large. When we started to eat, we noticed the large pizza tasted«old», as if it was made for someone else… it turns out it was! The dominos employee ripped off the old tag(not completely), leaving evidence that this was made 2 hours before I ordered a pizza. I called the Dominos who delivered my pizza, and immediately asked to speak with the manager. Carlos(he said he was the manager), took my call and said, yes, I know about your order. We mistakenly made you a large ham/pineapple pizza and figured you wouldn’t complain since it was a large. I asked him if this mistake for a large was for my order… he said yes. I then went on to explain how they left evidence of a previous order label on the box, and said this pizza was made a few hours before my order was placed. Why are they serving me an old pizza… I thought Dominos was made fresh, when ordered. The fact that the«manager» lied to me, was what made me upset. Trying to get rid of your old orders and passing it off as a «benefit» to me for a large is down right wrong! Here’s one person who won’t be ordering from Dominos again…

Good place to order pizza from when time passes you by & it’s late but you haven’t eaten dinner yet. I usually order online and then go pick it up because I don’t like paying a delivery fee, lol. Pizza is okay, not super delicious but not so bad it’s not edible. Prices are meh for what you get, IMO.

Yummy pizza! We like ordering Dominos. We had a pepperoni and olive pizza but they make a good veggie pizza too. Beware when ordering Drivers need to carry crushed peppers and Parmesan.

On two previous occasions, I have ordered the pan pizza and it’s been perfect. It had even consistency of toppings and the crust was nice and crispy. However, today’s pizza lacks everything that I have become accustomed to. The dough wasn’t consistently done, it was kind of doughy or raw in some places and the toppings seemed to be thrown about. The saddest thing is that according to Dominos tracker, my pizza was made by the store manager, Maria. I guess the manager doesn’t take pride in her work and doesn’t care what her drivers deliver to their customers.

I’m not sure why this Domino’s location only has 1 star… This is one of a few different Domino’s that I would frequent if I want Domino’s pizza. I always place my order ahead of time either by phone or online. I’ve never really had to wait longer than what they say it will take. The service is always good and the parking lot has plenty of parking. On my most recent visit I ordered a couple pizzas, garden salad and chicken Alfredo pasta. The pizzas were delicious, the salad was pretty basic and the chicken Alfredo wasn’t as good as the one at Pizza Hut. I like this location since its fairly quick and the service is always good. Also, they have never messed up my order.
