I called The Gardena Florist on Thursday to have an arrangements delivered to my fiancé’s work on Saturday (Valentine’s Day). The woman I spoke with was very nice and happy to help. I did not give her a specific arrangement that I wanted. I just told her my price range and that she loves lilies and tulips.
On Sat morning (V Day), my fiancé surprised me and told me she had someone cover her shift at work so we could spend Valentine’s Day together. I called The Gardena Florist around 9:00am and asked if there was any way they could change the delivery destination for the arrangement to our house since she was not going to work that day. Within an hour, the flowers had arrived at our home! On top of all that, the arrangement was GORGEOUS!
I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It’s Valentine’s day and I need flowers NOW!
I first went to Kiku Florist since they’re near my office. They were super booked. I could place an order but the arrangement wouldn’t be ready for a few more hours.
Next stop, Gardena Florist. I went here and they had a few on display ready for payment. Perfect! I purchased one of the spot. Success!
They’re a hard working bunch here trying to get as many arrangements together as possible. I would definitely come here again!

I have been ordering from Gardena Florist for years, and their floral arrangements are hands down the best. I buy flowers from them several times a year, and have never been disappointed with any of the arrangements. I just call, tell them what the occasion is, and how much I’d like to spend. Lena always welcomes any additional information if possible in order to make the perfect arrangement. They also deliver for a small fee.

I ordered a premium birthday floral arrangement/​basket for my mother’s 98th birthday (earlier today). Even though the deliver arrived within an hour or so after the online order was initially made, two things immediately stood out: the SIZE of the arrangement was MUCH SMALLER than as it appeared online & some of flowers — particularly the small red rose buds — were not fresh.
I called directly to inquire & express my displeasure. After being on hold for about a few minute or so, was advised — in essence — I should’ve ordered a LARGER arrangement.
I was stunned — neither the the arrangement, choice and freshness of the flowers constituted the premium price. I will NEVER use this florist again!
