My mother was at this location. She made a purchased to go. When she received her change back a $ 5 dollar bill had writing all over. She did not made a big deal. She than went to buy drinks at the attached gas station. She used the $ 5 dollar bill she received to pay at the gas station. The cashier said he could not accept the $ 5 because it had writing all over. He suggested She goes back to the cashier at McDonald’s to ask for a good bill. When she approached the cashier she ignored her. She repeated herself several times. Until the lady from the drive thru heard her and rudely asked her to wait. After my mother chased this lady to acknowledge her she walk passed her and than rudely said«she had to wait, she first had to go outside to take a Carrie out to the drive thru. My mom waited a long time until she hears giggling and sees the rude cashier KS#3 standing outside the drive thru window with the other rude drive thru lady standing laughing at my mother making her wait and making rude statements«is she still there ?» Picking her head inside the drive-thu window. This behavior is Unacceptable making fun and bullying a customer at a place were you are supposed to feel comfortable. A kind lady saw what was going on and ask my mom she could help her by changing the $ 5 for ones. My mother walked out humiliated, bullied from this place. She cried like a little girl. These employees need be fired. Never seen something like this at at fast food place. Bullying a customer is unacceptable. I had to contact the store manager Elizabeth Orozco And have not received a single call.

Me: Could I have a Large Iced Caramel Mocha, please.(reading menu) Cashier: You mean the hot one, right? Me: No, I said Iced Caramel Mocha, like on the menu. Cashier: You have to say frappé after, or it’s the hot one. Me: Then how come your menu says Iced Caramel Mocha? Cashier: That’s the hot one. You have to say Frappé for the cold one. *I look at friend, and we exchange stupefied glances at each other.* In the end, it tasted like they gave me the Mocha Frappé, instead of the Caramel Mocha, but I just gave up. At least it had caffeine.

The best and only McDonalds I go to. Just keep your windows rolled up until you get to the speaker box.

Always a smiling, friendly staff. Fries and food always hot. Well run Mickey Ds. Close to work so I eat here once a week. Better than most MDs.

i only ever get fries at McDonalds. and Hi-C Orange drink. this McDonald’s is a 2-in-1, attached to a Chevron gas station, which is normally a convenient thing. however, i was too grossed out to get my fries here after witnessing a staff member using the facilities without washing her hands. this brings up an interesting point: the Chevron and McDonalds share a space, and the restroom is technically on the Chevron side, although McDonalds staff use it. but there is no sign by the sink stating employees must wash their hands(see photo). NOTTHATITSHOULDMATTER. don’t they teach these people about what happens to restaurants and jobs where hepatitis outbreaks occur? what’s scarier is that she wasn’t even embarrassed to leave in front of me… not even a «mercy rinse» for my peace of mind. the manager’s response was meh, with a monotone«i will tell her to wash her hands.» i’m not convinced she felt my angst. anyway, i understand this kinda stuff happens more than i’m aware of, but seeing it just makes it all too real. i’ll have to get my fry-fix elsewhere. . . on a lighter and less disgusting note, i also witnessed two guys in their company truck getting stuck on the rails of the drive-thru(see photo)… now, that’s what i call entertainment! happy Unilocaling and here’s to tasting life!

It’s a McDonalds. What else can I say. Service was good, food was what I expected it to be.
